Las competencias pedagógicas y los procesos de enseñanza en los docentes de la Dirección Nacional de Escuelas; Policía de Colombia, año 2015

Abstract

El producto de esta investigación permite hacer un ejercicio investigativo - descriptivo que contribuye con el entendimiento que tiene el escenario educativo en la policía alrededor del manifiesto constructivista, donde se quiere establecer el verdadero impacto de las competencias pedagógicas y su relación con los procesos de enseñanza de los docentes de la Policía, se fundamenta en la relación entre las competencias pedagógicas y procesos de enseñanza en los docentes de la Dirección Nacional de Escuelas. Para ello se adelantaron tres actividades principales: establecer cuáles son las competencias pedagógicas que caracterizan a los docentes; revisar cuáles son las características de los procesos de enseñanza y adelantar el diseño de una propuesta de mejoramiento para optimizar sus competencias pedagógicas. Mediante un ejercicio investigativo - descriptivo, se logra escenificar el problema en la educación Policial, conociendo sus variables y demás contextos, mediante el enfoque cuantitativo, el cual tiene una relación directa con el servicio a la sociedad, se hizo un diseño no experimental correlacional de corte transversal, teniendo en cuenta que no existe una variable la cual se va a manipular. No se contó con un grupo experimental. es transversal porque explica la composición de su muestra y estudia a los sujetos de diferentes características en materia de investigación en un mismo momento y correlacional, porque busca determinar la relación que existe entre las variables y si esta es significativa, sin buscar las causas o efectos de una sobre otra, al final, Se encontró una relación significativa entre las competencias pedagógicas y los procesos de enseñanza que se adelantan en el escenario académico de este claustro educativo.

The product of this research allows the exercise to investigate descriptive that contributes to the understanding of the educational scenario in the police around the constructivist manifesto, where we want to establish the true impact of the pedagogical competences and its relation with the teaching processes of the Teachers of the Police within the National Directorate of Schools in 2015. In this paper we wanted to determine the relationship between the pedagogical competences and the teaching processes in the teachers of the National Directorate of Schools. In order to do this, the three main activities are carried out. The first one was the set of pedagogical competences that characterize the teachers of the National Police Schools of Colombia. The second was to review the characteristics of the teaching in the teachers of the National Directorate of Schools of the Police of Colombia and finally to advance the design of a proposal of Improvement to optimize the pedagogical competences of the teachers of the National Direction of Schools of the Police of Colombia. In order to achieve all that was advanced in the descriptive investigative exercise, which as such seeks to punish with words a problematic scenario such as education inside the Police, getting to know more specifically its variables and other contexts, the focus was the quantitative by its relation with the situation aligned and the nature and police objectivity that has as principle the service to the society. The thesis was done with a non-experimental correlational, cross-sectional design., Because there is no variable to be manipulated; that is, we do not have an experimental group, it is transversal because it explains the composition of its sample, it studies the subjects of different characteristics, the research subject at a time and the correlation because to determine the relationship that exists between the variables and if this is significant, without looking for the causes or effects of one over another. A significant relationship was found between pedagogical competences and teaching processes (p <0.01)
