    This research aimed to determine the relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior in police administration students at the General Francisco de Paula Santander School, Bogotá, Colombia. The method that followed the study was the hypothetical deductive in order to explain the results obtained against a series of hypotheses raised, a quantitative approach was adopted, nonexperimental design of cross-section, applied type and correlational level, The sample consisted of 119 students in the last year of studies to whom a questionnaire of 29 questions was applied to measure citizenship competencies and another of 25 questions to measure socially responsible behavior. As a result, the p-value was < 0.05 and the Rho= 0.692, which indicated that there is a direct and considerable relationship between citizenship competencies and socially responsible behavior. It was concluded that by developing favorably the citizenship skills of students, their socially responsible behavior will also improve.

    Análisis de la doctrina para la educación E-Learning en los programas académicos de la Policía Nacional de Colombia 2022

    The master's thesis "analysis of the doctrine for e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022", focused on a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach, seeking to respond to the training needs developed in the Directorate of Police Education, which had as general objective to analyze how the doctrine contributes to e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia. This work allowed the participation of thematic experts to identify the categories required in the development of the research process and it was possible to prioritize the categories with the greatest need for research. The results obtained indicate that e-learning contributes substantially to the doctrinal training processes in the Colombian National Police. However, it is necessary to establish and unify clear guidelines on E-learning training and police doctrine that allow not only teachers but also students to have clarity on how to carry out this training modality and also to have clear aspects on doctrine by the academic community in order to be transmitted from generation to generation.

    Estrategias de aprendizaje y habilidades sociales en estudiantes de sexto grado de una Institución Educativa de Bucaramanga Colombia, 2023

    The objective of this research was to establish the relationship that learning strategies have in the practice of social skills of sixth grade students of an educational institution in Bucaramanga Colombia. An applied type of research was developed with a non-experimental design, cross section and correlational level, in which 132 sixth grade secondary school students specifically participated. For data collection, two instruments were used, the Learning Strategies questionnaire (32 items), and the social skills questionnaire (42 items). The results obtained were processed and analyzed with the Microsoft Excel programs and the statistical package SPSS, where it was possible to corroborate from the different statistical tests applied, that indeed the learning strategies do influence the practice of social skills of the students under study. study.

    This research analyzes how an integrative project proposal for the development of technical competencies in a higher education institution, located in Bogotá - Colombia, can be proposed. The investigative work has been structured from the presentation of a theoretical framework that covers the definition of major topics such as teaching from integration, the integrative project and technical skills. The research proposes a qualitative approach, and the method chosen to develop the work was inductive through a phenomenology. The type of sampling selected was intentional (not random), the selected sample corresponds to 8 people, who represent the institutional community of the educational entity: students, graduates, teachers and administrative staff. The results obtained conclude that from the identification of critical intervention factors it is possible to make a proposal that aims to strengthen the technical competences in the students, so that they achieve greater performance in the classroom.

    El trabajo colaborativo y rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de 6° grado de la institución educativa Gabriel García Márquez, 2020

    This research is entitled: The collaborative work and academic performance of 6th grade students of the Gabriel García Márquez Educational Institution, 2020. It corresponds to the quantitative research approach, applied type, it is descriptive level, it assumes the correlational design, in reason that establishes as an objective relationship between the variables: Collaborative work and Academic performance. The questionnaire technique is used for data collection. The questionnaire as a measurement and diagnostic instrument is applied being observable and measurable. The population was made up of 96 students of the 6th grade of Secondary education. To collect data, the Likert scale survey was applied for the two variables after a pilot test. They were validated and presented a high reliability coefficient with Cronbach's alpha of 0.886. Finally, as a result, it was possible to determine that there is a direct relationship between the variables collaborative work and academic performance, in the same way applying Spearman's non-parametric statistic and the rho parameter hypothesis test yields favorable results. It is concluded that there is a significant correlation between collaborative work and academic performance, being a good positive relationship as well as between the dimensions of collaborative learning, interaction of knowledge, discipline and the role of the teacher.

    This thesis was developed based on the collection, analysis and treatment of information, previously focused on a group of teaching directors and professorial professors who are part of the National Directorate of Schools and who provided valuable information through factors of change previously identified in a Delphi matrix and subsequently put to evaluation through a cross-impact matrix, which allowed identifying the key variables of the system for the teacher evaluation process and the way in which the regulations of the Ministry of Education are related to development of the policies on teacher development by the National Directorate of Schools. In a confrontation of perceptions that end up determining the absence of clear policies in the educational organization to improve the working conditions of teachers, which has repercussions on the teacher evaluation process and sample the need to create a teaching statute and a development plan for teachers, thus giving importance to one of the substantive functions of education, such as teaching.

    Uso de la escala de aprendizaje acra para medir las estrategias de aprendizaje en la asignatura de contabilidad en los estudiantes del grado noveno del Instituto Técnico Nacional de Comercio de Bucaramanga

    The objective of this research was to determine the influence of the ACRA learning scale on the learning strategies in the accounting subject of ninth grade students of the National Technical Institute of Commerce of Bucaramanga, where the sample established was formed by 32 students corresponding to 21% of the universe of the total population of the ninth grades of the institution and the technique used was convenience sampling. The methodology followed the guidelines of the non-experimental level study, of descriptive and correlational descriptive type and a quantitative approach. As a result of the above, the general hypothesis was validated by means of Pearson's statistical test r, the resulting equation was Y = 73.2x + 514.5 and the trend line in the equation resulted in a R² = 0.1296 indicating that both variables are inversely associated in a very narrow way, this explains that when applying the ACRA learning scale the learning strategies that the ninth grade students use the most are measured, therefore the general hypothesis was validated and in turn the hypotheses specific. Given the above, the independent variable learning scale ACRA tests the effects on the dependent variable learning strategies, that is why the latter shows the positive reflection of the research, which concludes that the research process was rigorous, this in turn was marked by the approval and precision of the instrument used, which yielded a reliability index of 0.85.

    Aprendizaje basado en problemas y su influencia en el aprendizaje de sistema de ecuaciones lineales 2x2 en los estudiantes del 9-4 de la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare 2019-Colombia

    This research is part of a quantitative study, which searches to generate strategies that allow ninth grade students to solve systems of 2x2 linear equations, and in turn present alternative solutions to situations in their daily lives and to handle application problems that allow working on the different competences in the area of mathematics, strengthening the analysis process in students, the main objective is to determine to what extent problem-based learning influences the learning of the system of equations described, in students of course 9-4 of the Educative Institution Nuestra Señora de los Dolores de Manare de Villanueva Casanare- Colombia. The methodology used was varied according to the interests and needs of the students always searching that they applied 2x2 equations systems, accordingly, a pre-test was applied so that determined the level of understanding of the different mathematical competences, with the intention of contrasting the same test at the end of the process, it was followed by sequential execution of the didactic strategy of problem-based learning framed in a directing question; the results obtained in the research showed that problem-based learning is an effective strategy in the learning process of the 2x2 system of linear equations, allowing the strengthening of mathematics competences in each of them, and creating imaginary of the applicability of the equations system mentioned in the concrete reality in which each one develops, it improved the levels of reading comprehension allowing to convert everyday language into algebraic language as well as the opportunities to obtain good results in external tests and their academic performance.

    Cybercrimes today have been classified as a risk worldwide that does not discriminate age, from children in their early days in the use of social networks, to adults, who are affected, in different ways. From the foregoing, said problem is taken as an opportunity to establish possible solutions from the genesis, that is, to prevent any conduct that may lead to the risk of being victims of cybercrime. Thus, the objective of this research was to propose pedagogical strategies to prevent fifth grade students from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima school in Cúcuta, from being victims of cybercrimes. The approach was qualitative with a basic research design and the technique used is the in-depth interview, implemented in four teachers, eight parents of fifth grade students and eight fifth grade students from the aforementioned educational institution. It was obtained as a result that in the institution pedagogical strategies are carried out by the teachers, however, updating and training is required regarding the different modalities of cybercrimes. The importance and functionality of pedagogical strategies for the prevention of cybercrimes, the accompaniment of adults and educators as an important factor of prevention and the importance of knowledge of the different forms of cybercrime were established.

    His research project has as a fundamental problem the parents 'socio-economic level and its relationship with the academic performance of the eleventh grade students of the Cupiagua Educational Institution, in the study the parents' socio-economic level works with two variables of family and the academic performance of the students. The general objective of the research is to describe the influence of a socio-economic aspect and its influence on the academic performance in the area of social sciences of the eleventh grade students of the Cupíagua Educational Institution in 2019. The research is in a quantitative approach, it is a basic research because you only want to know what happens with two variables, a practical application does not go with this information. The research is descriptive correlational, as it seeks to observe how the socio-economic level of parents influences the academic performance of eleventh grade students. The instrument used to collect the data was a survey with closed questions. The data processing was carried out with the Excel program to graph the responses and then the SPSS statistical program is used to determine the correlation. Spearman's correlation is used. In the analysis of the data we can conclude that a very high percentage considers that they have sufficient income, it can also be observed that 50% of the parents have a medium education, 40% have a low education, 5% have a very low education and only 5% high education. It is also evident that the family climate or family environment in 56% of cases is fair, 39% fair and only 5% consider it to be good. Through the statistical analysis, it was shown that the level of relationship between the parents' socio-economic level and academic performance is r = 0.000, that is, non- existent, which is why the null hypothesis is accepted. There is no relationship or influence between the socio-economic level of the parents and the academic performance of the eleventh grade students of the Cupiagua educational institution. The statistical test also showed that the level of relationship between parents' educational level and academic performance is r = 0.204, which indicates a very low level of positive relationship, while family climate and academic performance showed a level of relationship of r = 0.117 so the relationship is very low positive.

    Mapas mentales y procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje de sucesiones matemáticas en estudiantes de una I.E. de IBAGUÉ- Colombia 2019

    The main objective of this research is to determine to what extent Mind Maps are related to the teaching-learning processes of mathematical sequences in eleventh grade students of the I.E. Leónidas Rubio Villegas de Ibagué 2019. Type of research: The type of research is basic, the level of the study is descriptive. Research design and method: Of method and correlational design, hypothetical deductive. Population and sample: The sample is made up of 76 eleventh grade students from the Leónidas Rubio Villegas educational institution. Hypothesis test: Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient is shown to be equal to R (0.712), this indicates that there is a positive correlation, according to the interpretation table that can vary from -1.00 to +1.00, then it determines that There is a positive correlation of the independent variable mental maps with the dependent variable teachinglearning processes. Similarly, the level of significance (sig. = 0.000) is less than p value 0.05, therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted (Ha) and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Conclusion: It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between mental maps with the teaching-learning processes of mathematical sequences in eleventh grade students of the I.E. Leónidas Rubio Villegas de Ibagué 2019.

    Relación entre el liderazgo pedagógico y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de los grados décimo y once del Colegío Angulo, Girón-Colombia, 2018

    The general purpose of this research work is to establish the relationship that pedagogical leadership has with the academic performance of the tenth and eleventh grade students of the Ángulo de Girón Santander Colombia School in 2018. Methodologically, it is a research with a quantitative approach, a basic type of correlational level, of non-experimental design. The population object of the investigation corresponded to the tenth and eleventh grade students of the aforementioned College. The population size was 87 students and the sample was 36, which was defined using a non-probabilistic convenience sample, where an instrument was applied to evaluate the study variables. The research method is quantitative, for this research, field research techniques such as observation, application of Likert questionnaire-type surveys and analysis of note sheets were used. The results showed a favorable Spearman correlation coefficient in terms of the relationship between pedagogical leadership and academic performance, with which the general hypothesis was verified in the present investigation, Likewise, the results of the survey and the analysis of the academic reports evidenced this relationship, as it was evidenced favorability and correlation in this aspect.

    In order to be able to enterder as it is the educative process and the development of the learning in students of different educative establishments it is necessary to recognize the social reality of being educated, all the times the problems of apprenticeship do not come from the classroom of classes but they have a genesis beyond which we can be imagined, the familiar difficulties the level economic partner, the form in which the students live, the time that the parents dedicate to him to their children and the educative level can be detonates for the low academic level of the young people present/display at present. It is important to know how the environment influences the educational process of the young people of the Madre Gabriela de San Martin Educational Institution determining how the socio-economic level of families, the family and social context have an impact within the process; For this, a qualitative research was carried out in which the observation played an important role to know the reality of the students in their pedagogical task, the surveys and the interview with them to identify the family and social context in which they go around. As a result we have that most young people have family problems, where households are surrounded by social conflicts such as gangs affecting school attendance, the relationship of parents or the little relationship affect the personality of young people, overcrowding, If some parents do not have a schooling level, they condition the learning process, generating a basic performance at the school level of young people. In conclusion we can say that the negative impact of these factors affect directly and indirectly the process of learning and teaching, all you can do is look and adjust strategies to help guide the curriculum and the curriculum to avoid directly and try to change the social reality of the community condition.

    Uso del calendario matemático como material didáctico para fortalecer la resolución de problemas geométricos en estudiantes de cuarto grado de primaria de la institución educativa reina de la paz, Floridablanca, Santander, 2018

    The results of a colombian internal evaluation, Prueba Saber, show the advances and difficulties that the students of the Reina de la Paz School have in the different competences and mathematical components; these results allow to design improvement alternatives in the mathematics subject, specifically in the resolution of geometric problems where the difficulties in fifth grade students have reoccurred. Due to this, the use of the Mathematical Calendar with the problem solving approach of the colombian project Colombia Aprendiendo was implemented, this with the objective to determine the extent to which the use of the Calendario Matemático (CalMat) as didactic material strengthens the resolution of geometric problems in fourth grade students of the educational institution Reina de la Paz (Floridablanca, Santander). The experimental quantitative research with explanatory scope measures and explains the effect of two treatments (traditional and CalMat) on the learning of geometry. The experimental design was adjusted to the qualities of a pure experiment consisting of a one-way treatment structure and a completely randomized design structure. The number of replicas used per treatment under the parameters: error type 1 (α = 0,5),sensitivity of the hypothesistest (1-β) = 0,9, significant difference between scores δ = 15 and standard deviation σ = 12 was approximately 10. After analyzing the data collected by means of Parametric ANOVA and Non-parametric ANOVA, the general hypothesis is accepted under a significance level of 0.05: "The use of the Mathematical Calendar as teaching material strengthens the resolution of geometric problems in fourth grade students of primary the educational institution Reina de la Paz of Floridablanca, Santander, in 2018”.

    This research proposes as a general objective, to determine the impact of technological tools in the development of the professional competences of students in promotion courses of the Postgraduate School of Police, in addition to determine the fulfillment of the learning objectives in the programs of virtual training making use of ICT in the promotion courses of the Police Officers. Methodologically the research is Qualitative and is developed from a descriptive - explanatory approach with quasi-experimental design, which will be developed in two phases: the first will be carried out through instruments such as the survey of the staff of officers, uniformed and contract teachers . In the second phase of the research will be located an institution of higher education with a career in the virtual field. Under this circumstance, it is estimated as the average number of the population: 200 individuals and, therefore, 60 samples. It is intended to obtain as a result the educational improvement where all the personnel of the Miguel Antonio Lleras Pizarro School are involved, as well as the breaking of educational paradigms, taking into account the academic currentity.     Incidencia en el aprendizaje a causa de la vulnerabilidad de los derechos humanos en terminos de igualdad y buen trato en las estudiantes de la escuela de Policía Carlos Eugenio restrepo del Municipio de la Estrella – Antioquia

    Human Rights in the learning of the students of the Carlos Eugenio Restrepo School, taking into account specific situations of integral formation and execution of their work at the service of the community. This work was developed guided by a quantitative methodology with a descriptive approach, using the survey as a tool for information acquisition, allowing characterizing the actions and situations experienced by the students during the exercise of their work. The fundamental basis of the work is the exercise of Human Rights and its vulnerability to exercise the role of Police at the service of the community. It is from the data obtained, from its categorization and analysis, how the elements of the proposed situation are visualized. From the information provided by the students, taken from their experience in the practice of the police service, it can be shown that the most violated rights are equality, equivalent to 92.8% of the responses, and the right to good treatment , with 95.7%, which refers to the need to be treated with dignity as part of society. In accordance with the above, it is suggested, that the Carlos Eugenio Restrepo School consolidate its learning strategies in order to minimize the negative impacts on the violation of their rights; thus, how to promote the formation of leadership and decisionmaking capacity for the individual and collective benefit, exalting the law as a priority when providing the service.

    Relación entre la educación socio-emocional y el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de educación secundaria del Colegio República EEUU de América de la ciudad de Bogotá 2019

    There is a link between emotion and motivation and these depend on social and emotional relationships and the environment. As a result of this arises the concern to investigate about the relationships that occur from socio-emotional education and academic performance of high school students, specifically in the sixth to eighth grades of the school República EEUU de América in the city of Bogotá during the first quarter of the school year 2019, where it is sought to establish through this investigation if there is any relationship to analyze and determine which factors have the greatest influence on this phenomenon. This paper analyzes whether there is a relationship between socio-emotional education and the academic performance of high school students of the school República EEUU de América in the city of Bogotá, during the first semester of 2019; the population is made up of 198 students, however, there is a sample of 48 students who are those who started their school year with academic commitment; The instrument that was implemented is 4 surveys to determine the relationship between these two variables, in addition to taking into account the grades obtained by students during the first academic quarter. The results indicate that there is no significant relationship between socio-emotional education and the academic performance of secondary school students, because 95% of students develop positive social skills and put their values into practice, which allows them to maintain a good environment of class in the School, there is no relationship between socio-emotional education in the class environment dimension and the academic performance of the students participating in the research, in addition, there is a high percentage of students who do not implement the different study techniques to facilitate the learning of the acquired knowledge. To confirm these results, the Kolmogorov-Smirnova Normality test was applied, it was found that, the probability value (p) for the socio-emotional education variable is 0.200> 005, this indicates that the data of said variable have a normal distribution ; however, for the variable study techniques and the 3 dimensions of socio-emotional education have p <0.05, this indicates that the data do not have a normal distribution. Thus, with a level of significance of 5%, it is concluded that there is no relationship between socio-emotional education and the academic performance of high school students of the school República EEUU de América in the city of Bogotá.

    La expresion artistica como estrategia pedagógica para superar problemas de aprendizaje en el proceso de lecto escritura en estudiantes de básica secundaria de la Institución Educativa La Vega sede A, del Municipio de Piedecuesta, Departamento de Santander, Colombia

    The research carried out addressed learning problems that are presented in the classroom, the dyslexia and how this affects the school performance of pupils and students, and the use of techniques using artistic expression as a pedagogical strategy, helps to overcome the problem dyslexia. The type of study is correlational as it investigates as an independent variable (techniques of artistic expression) and another dependent (dyslexia), relate to their behavior in students and determine how they affect each other. The research is also descriptive because the learning problems are characterized around the reading writing, in particular of the dyslexia, indicating its most peculiar or differentiating features, through an enumeration of them. The project was implemented in the Educational Institution La Vega, in courses related to basic secondary campus Piedecuesta, Santander. Could be through interviews, surveys and observations revealed that a significant percentage of students of that level had problems of this nature. The researchers propose using this project with other teachers for the use of techniques of artistic expression as a leisure activity and teaching strategy optimally to improve school performance, and in particular to improve academic achievement and self-esteem of students with dyslexia. As the main result of the research it was established that formulating different means of expression of the graphic-plastic language using different possibilities and combinations, is a good tool to overcome the problem of dyslexia, with respect to writing and reading, in this way strengthen the performance of the affected community in its learning process. In addition, with the application of techniques of artistic expression as an intervention strategy can provide teachers and parents, criteria and pedagogical strategies to control dyslexia in students who suffer, also help students to have a better self-esteem and social development. Finally, the authors want students and dyslexic students are integrated into the teachinglearning process in harmony, which will be a support for future academic years or cycles, allowing you to achieve significant learning and implement them in their daily lives.

    This research work, formulated as main objective to establish how the use of a conceptual map book was related as didactic support for the application of Law N ° 1098 of childhood and adolescence in the performance of the specialty of the National Police of Colombia in Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) in the year 2017. Through the development of the research, it was demonstrated that "there is a meaningful relationship between the use of the conceptual maps book as a didactic support for the application of Law No. 1098 of childhood and adolescence and the performance of the Colombian Children's and Adolescents' Police in Chiquinquirá (Boyacá), in the year 2017”. This statement is supported by a statistical analysis. The Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.546 with its respective value of p <0.001 indicates that there is an important relationship between the use of the concept map book as a didactic support for the application of Law No. 1098 of childhood and adolescence and the Performance of the Colombian Childhood and Adolescence Police in Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) in the year 2017. It was a basic type research, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental method since in this case the dependent and independent variable were subjected to empirical opinion, consultations through techniques such as questionnaire application. In order to know, observe, analyze and assess relations between the use of a conceptual map book as didactic support for the application of Law No. 1098 of childhood and adolescence, and the performance of the Colombian Child and Adolescent Police in Chiquinquirá (Boyacá) in the year 2017. The instrument questionnaire was applied to a sample of 6 police officers of the specialty in Chiquinquirá, department of Boyacá, in Colombia during the year 2017. The instrument mentioned before was previously validated by expert judgment and Alfa de Cronbach for greater rigor and reliability of the investigation. The median Spearman statistic was used for the hypothesis test. This investigation offered the police institution the possibility of having useful studies in the training of its personnel to improve their work performance; this research also presented a reflection on the application of concept maps as a didactic strategy. Within the results, an influential relationship was established between the use of a conceptual map book as didactic support for the application of Law No. 1098 of childhood and adolescence and the performance of the specialty in a specific space and time.

    Reading and teaching is without any doubt the greatest responsibility of the school, as an institution. In that way, Reading is not only the principal tool for students’ progress in their purpose of acquired knowledge and understand it, but it is also used in schools for the systematic study of content and knowledge. It is also used within daily life as a means to inform, entertain, think critically, investigate or deepen issues inherent in humanity. This is how conceptual maps have become an indispensable tool to cover it at all levels of understanding: Literal, Inferential and Critical - Intertextual. Based on the above, this thesis has the main purpose to determine the relationship that exists between the use of conceptual maps and the reading comprehension of the ninth grade students from Nuestra Señora de Fátima high school of Jordán municipality in Santander, in 2016. The type of research was applied, of experimental design and quantitative approach. For this research, a sample of 24 ninth grade students from the Nuestra Señora de Fátima high school was taken. It was in the municipality of Jordán Sube, Santander, and they were enrolled in 2016. In this thesis the hypothesis was contrasted through the use of a correlational design. In this research, the results showed that the use of conceptual maps influenced positively in the academic performance from the reading comprehension of students linked to this work. Before the intervention, 33.33% of students (8 students) presented a low performance and after the intervention it was reduced to 4.17% (1 student). 66.67% of students (16 students) presented a basic academic performance before the intervention and after the intervention it was able to increase to 79.17% (19 students). In the high performance was achieved an increase of 16.67% (4 students). In the superior performance, there was not any progress made. The results showed an improvement in academic performance in the reading comprehension course, since they compared the before results and the after results the intervention, we noticed an increase in the average number of students. After the use of the concept maps in the classroom, only one student presented low average academic performance and in addition about 50% of the students managed to achieve better performances. A direct and significant relationship was evidenced between the two variables: use of a conceptual map and reading comprehension. Among the main results, it was determined that there is a relationship between the use of the conceptual map and reading comprehension in ninth grade students of Nuestra Señora de Fatima High School in the municipality of Jordán Sube, since the result of the Pearson correlation was (r = 0.638 and p = 0.001).
