Calidad de atención y control de salud integral del adolescente en la jurisdicción de la Dirección de Redes Integradas de Salud Lima Sur, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación existente entre la calidad de atención y control de salud integral del adolescente”, la población estará conformada por adolescentes de 12 a 17 años que han concluido su plan de atención integral de salud en los establecimientos de salud I-4 de la Dirección de Redes Integradas de Salud Lima Sur. La muestra será de 207 adolescentes; Diseño Metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada, el diseño será observacional, descriptivo, correlacional, prospectivo y transversal. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Calidad de atención” se utilizará el cuestionario adaptado por Gutiérrez en Perú en el año 2021 con alta confiablidad mediante Alpha de Cronbach de 0.923 y para evaluar la variable “Control de Salud integral del adolescente”, se utilizará el cuestionario diseñado por Delgado Ortega Geraldine en el año 2022, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach de 0.827. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. El procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: se realizará mediante técnicas descriptivas y frecuencias expresadas en porcentajes, el análisis estadístico será según sea su distribución a través de prueba de normalidad de (KS) con la finalidad de usar la correlación Rho de Spearman, la prueba de Chi cuadrado para constatar la hipótesis y tablas cruzadas.

Instruments: To evaluate the variable “Quality of care”, the questionnaire adapted by Gutiérrez in Peru in 2021 will be used with high reliability through Cronbach's Alpha of 0.923 and to evaluate the variable “Comprehensive adolescent health check”, the questionnaire designed by Delgado Ortega Geraldine in 2022 will be used, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha of 0.827. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages; statistical analysis will be according to their distribution through the normality test (KS) in order to use Spearman's Rho correlation, the Chi-square test to verify the hypothesis and cross tables.
