Motivación académica y aprendizaje cooperativo en estudiantes de Enfermería de especialidad cuidados enfermeros en Neonatología, 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo” Determinar la relación que existe entre motivación académica y aprendizaje cooperativo en estudiantes de Enfermería de especialidad cuidados enfermeros en neonatología, de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener- 2020”. La investigación se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, el método utilizado fue el hipotético deductivo, el nivel de la investigación correlacional, el diseño de investigación no experimental, se aborda un tipo de investigación aplicada. La población fue de 82 estudiantes de la especialidad de Cuidado Enfermero en Neonatología. El instrumento que se aplicó en el trabajo de investigación fue el cuestionario, se utilizó como técnica la encuesta para ambas variables (se realizó mediante la modalidad virtual), Los datos obtenidos fueron digitados y ordenados en el programa Excel, así mismo se ingresaron al programa SPSS versión 22 para su análisis, para los resultados la prueba estadística aplicada fue Rho Spearman, Rho=.224* , valor de significancia 0,044< 0,05. Así mismo se concluye que la motivación académica se relaciona significativamente con el aprendizaje cooperativo.

The objective of this research work was to "Determine the relationship between academic motivation and cooperative learning in Nursing students specializing in neonatal care, from the Norbert Wiener Private University- 2020". The research was developed under the quantitative approach, the method used was the hypothetical deductive, the level of correlational research, the non-experimental research design, a type of applied research is approached. The population was 82 students of the Neonatology Nursing Care specialty. The instrument that was applied in the research work was the questionnaire, the survey was used as a technique for both variables (it was carried out through the virtual modality), the data obtained were typed and ordered in the Excel program, and they were also entered into the program SPSS version 22 for its analysis, for the results the statistical test applied was Rho Spearman, Rho = .224 *, significance value 0.044 <0.05. Likewise, it is concluded that academic motivation is significantly related to cooperative learning.
