Nivel de conocimiento sobre el manejo del paciente con delirio y la práctica del enfermero en UCI del Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Soleguren 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: “Evaluar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre el manejo del paciente con delirio y la práctica del enfermero en las Unidades de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) del Hospital Nacional Alberto Sabogal Soleguren durante el año 2024”. Metodología: El estudio adopta un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional, con diseño no experimental y transversal. Asimismo, la población consta de 40 enfermeros del área asistencial de UCI, utilizando un muestreo censal. Además, se emplearon dos instrumentos validados: el Cuestionario CCD para medir conocimientos y la ficha de observación CEI-UCI para evaluar prácticas de enfermería. El análisis estadístico incluye correlación y pruebas inferenciales con apoyo del software SPSS.

Methodology: The study adopts a quantitative, correlational approach, with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Likewise, the population consists of 40 nurses from the ICU care area, using a census sample. In addition, two validated instruments were used: the CCD Questionnaire to measure knowledge and the observation sheet CEI-UCI to evaluate nursing practices. The statistical analysis includes correlation and inferential tests with the support of SPSS software.
