Conocimiento politraumatizado y cuidado de Enfermería en el paciente del servicio de emergencia en un Hospital de Ica, 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizará con el propósito de estimar los conocimientos politraumatizados que tiene la enfermera sobre el paciente y los cuidados de enfermería que brindan en estos casos. Planteándose el objetivo de Identificar la relación entre el conocimiento y el cuidado de enfermería en el paciente politraumatizado del servicio de emergencia en un Hospital de Ica 2024. La metodología del estudio será de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. La población lo constituirá 40 enfermeras que se encargan asistencialmente del servicio de emergencia del hospital regional de Ica, la muestra será censal; por ello se trabajará con toda la población. Los instrumentos que se aplicarán son un cuestionario para la variable conocimiento y una lista de cotejo para la variable cuidado de enfermería. Los datos recolectados se procesarán en el programa SPSS v.23, a través de la aplicación de la estadística descriptiva y la estadística inferencial, los resultados determinarán si existe relación entre ambas variables de estudio. Se realizará la prueba de normalidad con el fin de decidir si se utilizará la prueba de Spearman o de Pearson.

This research will be carried out with the purpose of estimating the polytraumatized knowledge that nurses have about the patient and the nursing care they provide in these cases. The objective is to identify the relationship between knowledge and nursing care in polytraumatized patients in the emergency service at a Hospital in Ica 2024. The study methodology will be quantitative, descriptive correlational, non-experimental design, and cross-sectional. The population will consist of 40 nurses who are in charge of care in the emergency service of the regional hospital of Ica, the sample will be census; therefore, the entire population will be worked with. The instruments that will be applied are a questionnaire for the knowledge variable and a checklist for the nursing care variable. The data collected will be processed in the SPSS v.23 program, through the application of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, the results will determine if there is a relationship between both study variables. A normality test will be performed to determine whether to use the Spearman or Pearson test.
