Autocuidado y calidad de vida en pacientes renales de la clínica privada Lima, 2025

Abstract

Introducción: El autocuidado se refiere a hábitos saludable, donde el ser humano cumple actividades individuales y/o colectivas que puedan mejorar o reestablecer el estado de bienestar integral, así como prevenir enfermedades. Objetivo “Determinar la relación entre el autocuidado y la calidad de vida en pacientes renales”. Métodos: investigación aplicada, de estrategia de investigación hipotética educativa, de corte transversal, no experimental en 80 pacientes renales de la Clínica Privada Lima en 2025. Utilizando como técnicas e instrumento, en técnica dos cuestionarios primero elaborado por Vásquez, en 2022 para medir la variable Autocuidado cuenta con 15 preguntas, agrupadas en 5 dimensiones, el segundo elaborado por Rubio en 2021 para medir la variable calidad de vida, con 20 interrogantes organizados en 3 dimensiones con validación el 1 cuestionario inferior a 0.05 y el 2 Aiken de 1.00 indicando una alta validez, y confiabilidad el 1 cuestionario alcanzando un coeficiente de Cronbach de 0.829, el segundo valor de 0.993 de coeficiente de Cronbach. Para la recopilación se usa un método estadístico inferencial iniciando con la codificación y el análisis de resultados en matrices utilizando el SPSS 250, continuando se aplicarán las pruebas de normalidad y se calculará la asociación entre hipótesis por medio de coeficiente Rho de Spearman, permitirá constatar las hipótesis.

Introduction: Self-care refers to healthy habits, where individuals and/or groups engage in activities that can improve or restore overall well-being and prevent disease. Objective: To determine the relationship between self-care and quality of life in kidney patients. Methods: applied research, hypothetical educational research strategy, cross sectional, non-experimental in 80 kidney patients at the Lima Private Clinic in 2025. Using as techniques and instruments, in technique two questionnaires first prepared by Vásquez, in 2022 to measure the Self-care variable has 15 questions, grouped into 5 dimensions, the second prepared by Rubio in 2021 to measure the quality of life variable, with 20 questions organized in 3 dimensions with validation in the 1 questionnaire less than 0.05 and the 2 Aiken of 1.00 indicating high validity, and reliability in the 1 questionnaire reaching a Cronbach coefficient of 0.829, the second value of 0.993 Cronbach coefficient. An inferential statistical method was used for data collection, beginning with coding and analyzing the results in matrices using SPSS 250. Normality tests were then applied, and the association between hypotheses was calculated using Spearman's rho coefficient, allowing for hypothesis verification.
