Cuidado humanizado y satisfacción del paciente del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2024

Abstract

La disertación plantea como objetivo el poder identificar como el cuidado humanizado se asocia con el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes en el servicio de emergencia, se desarrollará el estudio bajo un enfoque cuantitativo de nivel correlacional, no experimental, con el apoyo de una muestra compuesta por 89 pacientes del servicio de emergencia. Con la finalidad de recopilar información, se utilizarán dos cuestionarios previamente validados por el juicio de tres expertos y con alta confiabilidad con un resultado del 0.871 de alfa de Cronbach para la primera variable y 0.984 para la segunda, con un tiempo estimado de 30 minutos para cada personal de enfermería luego de la recolección de datos se procederá en el programa Excel con la elaboración de la base de datos por variables, dicha base de datos será analizado de manera estadística por el paquete informático de estadística denominado SPSS en su versión 25.0, mediante el cual los resultados serán presentados en tablas y figuras con porcentajes y frecuencias así como de manera inferencial mediante la prueba de normalidad que indicara que prueba estadística es la más conveniente para resolver las hipótesis planteadas.

The dissertation aims to identify how humanized care is associated with the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency service, the study will be developed under a quantitative approach of correlational level, not experimental, with the support of a sample composed of 89 patients of the emergency service. In order to collect information, two questionnaires will be used previously validated by the judgment of three experts and with high reliability with a result of 0.871 Cronbach's alpha for the first variable and 0.984 for the second, with an estimated time of 30 minutes for each nursing staff, after data collection, the database by variables will be developed in the Excel program. this database will be analyzed statistically by the statistical computer package called SPSS in its version 25.0, through which the results will be presented in tables and figures with percentages and frequencies as well as in an inferential way through the normality test that will indicate which statistical test is the most convenient to solve the hypotheses raised.
