Conocimiento sobre diabetes mellitus y adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes adulto mayor en el centro de atención primaria III Metropolitano Callao, 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre diabetes mellitus y adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes adulto mayor”. Materiales y Metodología: Se basará en un cuantitativo enfoque, tipo aplicada, transversal y de un no experimental diseño. Se parte de una población de 100 pacientes con DM adultos mayores. Se aplicará la encuesta como técnica, mientras que, el instrumento será el cuestionario. Siendo aplicado para cada constructo, cuestionarios como instrumentos, los mismos que se validaron en el estudio de Tello (2021). Se recolectarán los datos y luego se ejecutará su procesamiento con el SPSS 26.0 y Microsoft Excel estableciéndose en tablas sean unificados y bivariados, con sus gráficas respectivas, empleándose a la estadística inferencial donde se dará confirmación a la hipótesis planteada, por medio del valor correlacional de Spearman donde se establecerá el valor de verdad en cuanto al conocimiento sobre DM y su relación que presenta con la adherencia al tratamiento de DM.

Materials and Methodology: It will be based on a quantitative approach, applied, transversal and of a non-experimental design. It starts from a population of 100 elderly DM patients. The survey will be applied as a technique, while the instrument will be the questionnaire. Similarly, two questionnaires will be carried out as instruments, validated by the work of Tello (2021). The data will be collected and then their processing will be executed with the SPSS 26.0 and Microsoft Excel, establishing unified and bivariate tables, with their respective graphs, using inferential statistics where confirmation will be given to the hypothesis raised, through Spearman's correlational value where the truth value will be established regarding knowledge about DM and its relationship with adherence to DM treatment.
