Factores personales de los profesionales y calidad de los certificados médico legales de integridad sexual en la unidad médico legal San Juan de Lurigancho 2021

Abstract

El presente estudio planteó como objetivo determinar cuál es la relación de los Factores Personales de los profesionales con la Calidad de los Certificados Medico Legales De Integridad Sexual de la Unidad Médico Legal San Juan De Lurigancho 2021, para lograr dicho objetivo se realizó el estudio de tipo básico, diseño descriptivo correlacional transversal retrospectivo y enfoque cuantitativo, tomando como población de estudio 182 Certificados Medico Legales de Evaluaciones Físicas De Integridad Sexual de la Unidad Médico Legal San Juan De Lurigancho2021, que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión, teniendo como referencia estándar para el análisis de los certificados, la “Guía de Evaluación Física de Integridad Sexual” aprobada por el Ministerio Publico. De los resultados encontrados fue que la Calidad de los Certificados Médico Legales de Integridad Sexual en la Unidad Médico Legal SJL -2021, en su mayoría están el nivel regular con un 56.5%, y en el nivel bajo con un 12.6%, y en calidad óptima solo un 30.7% y analizando la relación de las variables mediante la prueba estadística de Chi Cuadrado, se halló un valor de p<0.05 al 95% de confianza, determinando que los factores personales estudiados de edad, sexo, especialización y años de experiencia de los profesionales que realizan la Evaluación Médico Legal de integridad sexual se relacionan con la Calidad de los certificados Medico Legales de Integridad Sexual de la unidad Médico Legal SJL-2021.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the Personal Factors of the professionals and the Quality of the Legal Medical Certificates of Sexual Integrity of the San Juan De Lurigancho Medical Legal Unit 2021. To achieve this objective, the type study was carried out. basic, retrospective cross-sectional correlational descriptive design and quantitative approach, taking as the study population 182 Legal Medical Certificates of Physical Evaluations of Sexual Integrity of the San Juan De Lurigancho Medical Legal Unit-2021, which met the inclusion criteria, having as a standard reference for the analysis of the certificates, the “Physical Evaluation Guide for Sexual Integrity” approved by the Public Ministry. From the results found, the Quality of the Medical Legal Certificates of Sexual Integrity in the Medical Legal Unit SJL -2021, are mostly at the regular level with 56.5%, and at the low level with 12.6%, and in quality optimal only 30.7% and analyzing the relationship of the variables using the Chi Square statistical test, a value of p<0.05 at 95% confidence level was found, determining that the personal factors studied of age, sex, specialization and years of experience of the professionals who carry out the Medical Legal Evaluation of sexual integrity are related to the Quality of the Medical Legal Certificates of Sexual Integrity of the Medical Legal unit SJL-2021.
