Calidad de cuidado enfermero y satisfacción en pacientes que asisten a la unidad de hemodiálisis de un hospital de EsSalud en Lima, 2025

Abstract

La presente tesis se enfoca en los usuarios sometidos a hemodiálisis, considerando tanto la atención recibida como su percepción de satisfacción con el servicio. Este elemento es esencial, ya que un alto nivel de satisfacción no solo evidencia una adecuada calidad de atención, sino que también favorece el compromiso del paciente con la continuidad de su tratamiento. El objetivo del estudio es analizar el vínculo existente entre la calidad del cuidado brindado por el enfermero y la satisfacción de los pacientes que reciben atención en la unidad de HD de un hospital. El estudio se fundamenta en el método hipotético-deductivo, será aplicado, no experimental, correlacional transversal, y serán empleados dos cuestionarios para recolectar los datos de una muestra de 113 pacientes en hemodiálisis debidamente seleccionados. Tras la obtención de la información necesaria, se procederá a su procesamiento y análisis estadístico. En una primera etapa, serán tratadas las variables-dimensiones involucradas mediante estadística descriptiva; posteriormente, se aplicará la prueba Rho Spearman, teniendo como meta verificar las hipótesis enunciadas en el estudio.

The present thesis focuses on users undergoing hemodialysis, considering both the care received and their perception of satisfaction with the service. This element is essential, since a high level of satisfaction is not only evidence of an adequate quality of care, but also favors the patient's commitment to the continuity of treatment. The aim of the study is to analyze the link between the quality of care provided by the nurse and the satisfaction of patients receiving care in the HD unit of a hospital. The study is based on the hypothetico-deductive method, it will be applied, non experimental, correlational-cross-sectional, and two questionnaires will be used to collect data from a sample of 113 hemodialysis patients duly selected. After obtaining the necessary information, it will be processed and statistically analyzed. In the first stage, the variables dimensions involved will be treated by means of descriptive statistics; subsequently, the Spearman’s Rho test will be conducted, with the aim of verifying the hypotheses stated in the study.
