Cuidado humanizado de enfermería y su relación con la satisfacción del paciente post quirúrgico de una clínica privada en el primer semestre Lima 2024

Abstract

Introducción: Los cuidados humanizados del personal de enfermeros son fundamentales para que el paciente muestre satisfacción por los servicios brindados haciendo que, a una mejor atención, mayor será la percepción de satisfacción de los pacientes. Objetivo: El presente estudio tuvo como propósito identificar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado brindado por el personal de enfermería y el nivel de satisfacción de los pacientes en etapa postquirúrgica, atendidos en una clínica privada de Lima durante el primer semestre del año 2024. Métodos: El trabajo es relacional de enfoque cuantitativo y corte transversal, el trabajo presenta una muestra de 108 pacientes determinados mediante la fórmula de poblaciones finitas, con un muestreo aleatorio simple. Se aplicarán dos instrumentos para determinar la relación de las variables a estudiar los cuales serán sometidos a validez y confiabilidad. Los resultados obtenidos se procesarán mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial, con ellos se buscará determinar si estas variables presentan o no relación, la cual será determinada por medio de estadística la cual será realizada en SPSS25.

Introduction: the humanized care of the nursing staff is essential for the patient to show satisfaction with the services provided, meaning that the better the care, the greater the patient's perception of satisfaction. Objective: the work carried out sought to determine the relationship that exists between humanized nursing care and post-surgical patient satisfaction in a private clinic in the I Semester 2024 – Lima. Methods: the work is relational with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach, the work presents a sample of 108 patients determined using the formula of finite populations, with simple random sampling. Two instruments will be applied to determine the relationship of the variables to be studied, which will be subjected to validity and reliability. The results obtained will be processed using descriptive and inferential statistics, with which we will seek to determine whether or not these variables present a relationship, which will be determined by means of statistics which will be carried out in SPSS25.
