Resumen
El Comité Institucional de Ética e Integridad Científica de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener S.A. (UPNW) tiene como objetivo proteger los derechos a la vida, salud, intimidad, dignidad y bienestar de las personas y seres vivos involucrados en proyectos de investigación. Se rige por principios éticos establecidos en la normativa nacional e internacional. Este comité, como organismo independiente y autónomo, asegura la seguridad de los participantes en investigaciones en ciencia, tecnología e innovación, actuando sin influencias externas. Establece principios y buenas prácticas que garantizan la calidad y ética de los estudios, asegurando la integridad científica en todas las etapas del proceso. El alcance de esta normativa se extiende a todos los proyectos de investigación en la UPNW, asegurando la ética e integridad científica en diversos tipos de investigación. Además, el Comité de Ética evaluará casos que afecten estos principios, presentados por miembros de la comunidad universitaria o investigadores externos que deseen ejecutar o hayan ejecutado investigaciones en la UPNW.
Resumen
The Institutional Committee on Ethics and Scientific Integrity of Norbert Wiener Private University (UPNW) aims to protect the rights to life, health, privacy, dignity, and well-being of individuals and living beings involved in research projects. It is governed by ethical principles established in national and international regulations. This committee, as an independent and autonomous body, ensures the safety of participants in research in science, technology, and innovation, acting without external influence. It establishes principles and best practices that guarantee the quality and ethics of studies, ensuring scientific integrity at all stages of the process. The scope of these regulations extends to all research projects at UPNW, ensuring ethics and scientific integrity in various types of research. Furthermore, the Ethics Committee will evaluate cases that affect these principles, presented by members of the university community or external researchers who wish to conduct or have conducted research at UPNW.
