Capacitación en criminalística del personal fiscal y su relación con la investigación del delito de violación sexual en el distrito judicial de Lambayeque 2021

Abstract

The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between the criminalistics training of the Prosecutor's personnel and the investigation of the crime of rape in the Judicial District of Lambayeque; for which the hypothetical deductive method has been used; It is a quantitative research, the population is made up of 73 prosecutors; the Contingency Coefficient was applied; obtaining as a result that there is no relationship between being trained at the crime scene by the Prosecutor's staff and the investigation of the crime of rape in adults and minors in the Judicial District of Lambayeque; and this is due to the fact that the level of criminalistics training of prosecutorial personnel does not influence the investigation of the crime of rape; given that the results of the investigation will depend on a good handling of the crime scene by the forensic experts

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar la relación de la capacitación en criminalística del personal Fiscal con la investigación del delito de violación sexual en el Distrito Judicial de Lambayeque; para lo cual se ha utilizado el método hipotético deductivo; es una investigación de tipo cuantitativa, la población está conformada por 73 fiscales; se aplicado el Coeficiente de contingencia; obteniendo como resultado que, no hay relación entre estar capacitado en escena del crimen por parte del personal Fiscal y la investigación del delito de violación sexual en mayores y menores de edad en el Distrito Judicial de Lambayeque; y ello se debe a que, el nivel de capacitación en criminalística del personal fiscal, no influye en la investigación del delito de violación sexual; dado que los resultados de la investigación van a depender de un buen manejo de la escena del crimen por parte de los peritos de criminalística
