Sistema web para mejorar la gestión de matrículas en un Centro de Estudio Básico Alternativo, Lima 2025

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general brindar una propuesta para mejorar la gestión de matrículas en un Centro de Estudio Básico Alternativo (CEBA) en Lima 2025. Se fundamentó en la Teoría General de Sistemas y la Teoría de Gestión, que permitieron analizar cómo los diversos procesos académicos y administrativos pueden integrarse eficientemente. La metodología de desarrollo aplicada fue Extreme Programming (XP), elegida por su adaptabilidad a requerimientos cambiantes y su orientación a la retroalimentación constante. La experiencia laboral se desarrolló en el CEBA “France La Sorbona”, donde se identificó la dependencia de registros manuales y la necesidad de contemplar modalidades diferenciadas (ANUAL y 2x1) según la edad del estudiante. A través del diseño de un sistema web integrado al SIAGIE, se automatizaron tareas relacionadas con la inscripción de alumnos, la elaboración de actas y la emisión de certificados. En cuanto a resultados, las encuestas realizadas al personal docente mostraron la aceptación de la iniciativa, destacando la viabilidad técnica y la compatibilidad con los recursos del CEBA, además de la reducción en tiempos de matrícula y errores en los registros. Como conclusiones, se confirma que la modernización de la gestión de matrículas en el CEBA “France La Sorbona” optimiza el control de la información académica, agiliza la atención a los estudiantes y fortalece la calidad educativa. De esta manera, la digitalización de los procesos no solo beneficia a la institución, sino que impulsa la continuidad formativa de jóvenes y adultos con necesidades horarias y metodológicas específicas.

The present research had as its general objective to provide a proposal to improve the management of enrollments in a Basic Alternative Study Center (CEBA) in Lima 2025. It was based on the General Theory of Systems and the Theory of Management, which allowed to analyze how the various academic and administrative processes can be efficiently integrated. The development methodology applied was Extreme Programming (XP), chosen for its adaptability to changing requirements and its orientation towards constant feedback. The work experience was developed at the CEBA “France La Sorbona”, where the dependence on manual records and the need to consider differentiated modalities (ANNUAL and 2x1) according to the age of the student were identified. Through the design of a web system integrated to SIAGIE, tasks related to student enrollment, the preparation of minutes and the issuance of certificates were automated. In terms of results, the surveys carried out on the teaching staff showed the acceptance of the initiative, highlighting the technical feasibility and compatibility with CEBA resources, in addition to the reduction in registration times and errors in records. As conclusions, it is confirmed that the modernization of the management of registrations at CEBA “France La Sorbona” optimizes the control of academic information, speeds up attention to students and strengthens educational quality. In this way, the digitalization of the processes not only benefits the institution, but also promotes the educational continuity of young people and adults with specific time and methodological needs.
