Liderazgo docente y motivación académica en estudiantes de la facultad de obstetricia de una universidad privada, Lima-2022

Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo establecer la relación entre el liderazgo docente y la motivación académica en estudiantes de la facultad de obstetricia de una universidad privada, Lima-2022. El enfoque es de investigación cuantitativa con un método hipotético deductivo tipo Aplicada correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra de estudio es no probabilística por conveniencia. En relación al instrumento la primera consta de 20 preguntas en liderazgo docente y la segunda de 17 ítems con respecto a la motivación académica, ambos en la escala de Likert con 5 categorías de respuesta. La población son estudiantes del V ciclo de la facultad de obstetricia de una universidad privada, Lima. Se validó el instrumento por expertos y la confiabilidad mediante el Alpha de Cronbach obteniendo un 0.928 con un grado de confiabilidad fuerte. Este cuestionario fue distribuido por un formulario Google. Los resultados obtenidos dan a conocer que si hay una relación significativa entre las variables. Por lo tanto se concluye que el liderazgo docente se relaciona con la motivación académica.

The objective of this study is to establish the relationship between teaching leadership and academic motivation in students of the obstetrics faculty of a private university, Lima-2022. The approach is quantitative research with a hypothetical deductive method Applied crosssectional correlational type. The study sample is non-probabilistic for convenience. In relation to the instrument, the first consists of 20 questions on teacher leadership and the second of 17 items regarding academic motivation, both on the Likert scale with 5 response categories. The population is a student of the V cycle of the faculty of obstetrics of a private university, Lima. The instrument was validated by experts and reliability using Cronbach's Alpha, obtaining 0.928 with a strong degree of reliability. This questionnaire was distributed by a Google form. The results obtained show that there is a significant relationship between the variables. Therefore, it is concluded that teacher leadership is related to academic motivation.
