Tipificación del virus de papiloma humano y características en mujeres del Centro de Salud Mirones Bajo. 2024-2025

Abstract

Objetivo Determinar la tipificación del virus de papiloma humano y características en mujeres del Centro de Salud Mirones Bajo. 2024-2025. Material y métodos: La investigación será de descriptiva simple, enfoque cuantitativo, corte transversal retrospectivo, y de tipo básico. La muestra será igual a la población por un muestreo censal y estará compuesta por 60 historias clínicas de mujeres que fueron tamizadas con prueba molecular VPH, cuyo resultado fue positivo. Se empleo una ficha de recolección de datos. Resultados: Sobre las características sociodemográfica: la edad predominante fueron las mujeres entre los 30 a 40 años con un 56,7% seguida de las mujeres entre los 41 a 45 años con un 26,7%, respecto al estado civil el 60% fueron mujeres solteras, el 56,7% tenían estudios hasta la secundaria, y respecto al consumo de tabaco, el 78,3% no fumaban, Respecto a las características gineco-obstétrica el 56,7% de las mujeres tuvieron su menarquia antes de los 12 años, respecto al inicio de relaciones sexuales, el 38,3% fueron a los 20 año a más, el 48,3% tuvieron más de 3 parejas sexuales, el 45% no usaba método anticonceptivo hormonal y el 65% no usaba condón, el 80% tuvo Papanicolau negativo y el 50% tuvieron antecedentes de ITS. Respecto a la tipificación de VPH, la cepa más prevalente fue la de otros de alto riesgo con un 76,7% seguido de la cepa 16 con un 16,7%. Conclusión: Se encontró como característica predominante el número de parejas sexuales de 3 a más, en contraste al inicio de relaciones sexuales que tuvo como predominancia de 20 años a más.

Objective: to determine the human papillomavirus (HPV) typing and characteristics in women at the Mirones Bajo Health Center from 2024 to 2025. Materials and methods: The research will be a simple descriptive study with a quantitative, retrospective, cross-sectional approach, and will be basic in nature. The sample will be equal to the population, calculated using a census sample, and will consist of 60 medical records of women who were screened with HPV molecular testing and whose results were positive. A data collection form was used. Results: Regarding sociodemographic characteristics were as follows: the predominant age group was women between 30 and 40 years old (56.7%), followed by women between 41 and 45 years old (26.7%). Regarding marital status, 60% were single women, 56.7% had completed secondary education, and 78.3% did not smoke. Regarding gynecological and obstetric characteristics, 56.7% of the women had their menarche before the age of 12. Regarding the onset of sexual relations, 38.3% began at age 20 or older, 48.3% had more than three sexual partners, 45% did not use hormonal contraception, and 65% did not use condoms. 80% had a negative Pap smear and 50% had a history of STIs. Regarding HPV typing, the most prevalent strain was other high-risk types (76.7%), followed by type 16 (16.7%). Conclusion: The predominant characteristic found was the number of sexual partners of 3 or more, in contrast to the start of sexual relations which was predominantly 20 years or older.
