Nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre primeros auxilios en docentes de una institución educativa pública, Lima, 2024

Abstract

La investigación nombrada “Nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre primeros auxilios en docentes de una Institución Educativa Pública, Lima, 2024” obtuvo el objetivo de Determinar cómo el nivel de conocimiento se relaciona con la actitud sobre primeros auxilios en docentes de una Institución Educativa Pública. Su metodología fue hipotético, deductivo, tipo aplicada, cuantitativo, no experimental u observacional con una muestra de 76 docentes en la cual se aplicó un cuestionario por variable. Con relación a los resultados se constató que 42.1% de docentes presentaron conocimiento bajo y actitud negativa; 32.9% demostró conocimiento medio y actitud negativa; 13.2 % demostró tener conocimiento alto y actitud positiva y el 11.8% demostró un conocimiento medio y actitud positiva. Por ello, se concluyó que, si existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables por que se obtuvo el valor de 0,647 y un nivel de significancia de 0,000 según el Rho de Spearman, indicando el grado de relación positiva moderada respecto a hipótesis general; en el caso de las hipótesis específicas, se identificó que en la dimensión principios generales se obtuvo el valor de 0.500, en dimensión maniobra de obstrucción de vías aéreas se obtuvo 0,633, en dimensión reanimación cardiopulmonar se obtuvo 0.494, en dimensión heridas se obtuvo 0.533, dimensión hemorragias se obtuvo 0.498, dimensión esguince se identificó 0.472, dimensión luxación se obtuvo 0.456, dimensión fractura se identificó 0.376, dimensión convulsiones se obtuvo 0.376 y dimensión convulsiones se identificó 0.102 según Rho de Spearman.

The research named "Level of knowledge and attitude about first aid in teachers of a Public Educational Institution, Lima, 2024" had the objective of determining how the level of knowledge is related to the attitude about first aid in teachers of a Public Educational Institution. Its methodology was hypothetical, deductive, applied, quantitative, non-experimental or observational with a sample of 76 teachers in which a questionnaire was applied per variable. Regarding the results, it was found that 42.1% of teachers had low knowledge and a negative attitude; 32.9% showed medium knowledge and a negative attitude; 13.2% showed high knowledge and a positive attitude and 11.8% showed medium knowledge and a positive attitude. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables because the value of 0.647 was obtained and a significance level of 0.000 according to Spearman's Rho, indicating the degree of moderate positive relationship with respect to the general hypothesis; In the case of specific hypotheses, it was identified that in the general principles dimension the value of 0.500 was obtained, in the airway obstruction maneuver dimension 0.633 was obtained, in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation dimension 0.494 was obtained, in the wounds dimension 0.533 was obtained, hemorrhages dimension 0.498 was obtained, sprain dimension 0.472 was identified, dislocation dimension 0.456 was obtained, fracture dimension 0.376 was identified, seizures dimension 0.376 was obtained and seizures dimension 0.102 was identified according to Spearman's Rho.
