Nivel de información preoperatoria y grado de ansiedad en pacientes con cirugías programadas de un hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El presente estudio tendrá como objetivo “determinar la relación entre el nivel de información preoperatoria y el grado de ansiedad en los pacientes con cirugías programadas en un hospital del Ministerio de Salud de Lima en el año 2025”. La metodología a utilizar será cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental, aplicada, correlacional y de corte transversal, así mismo, la participación de la población será de 30 pacientes con cirugías programadas en el pabellón 5 de sala de operaciones, con ciertos criterios de inclusión. Dentro de la técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario que será para la primera variable y en cuanto a la segunda un test, lo cual ya han pasado por el proceso de validación y confiabilidad, obteniendo un coeficiente favorable, haciendo que sean de fiables para poder ser aplicados a otros estudios y dentro de ello el presente. Finalmente, al obtener la información, se identificará la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio a través de una prueba denominada Rho de Spearman.

The present study will aim to determine the relationship between the level of preoperative information and the degree of anxiety in patients with scheduled surgeries in a hospital of the Ministry of Health of Lima in the year 2025. The methodology to be used will be quantitative, non-experimental design, applied, correlational and cross-sectional, likewise, the participation of the population will be 30 patients with scheduled surgeries in ward 5 of the operating room, with certain inclusion criteria. The technique to be used will be the survey and as instruments a questionnaire for the first variable and for the second a test, which have already gone through the process of validation and reliability, obtaining a favorable coefficient, making them reliable to be applied to other studies, including the present one. Finally, after obtaining the information, the relationship between the variables under study will be identified through a test called Spearman's Rho.
