Cuidado humanizado y seguridad del paciente durante el intraoperatorio en el personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, 2024

Abstract

La seguridad del paciente es una de las prioridades más esenciales para los profesionales de enfermería hoy en día, especialmente en el entorno quirúrgico, donde el paciente depende totalmente del cuidado del personal sanitario. La atención proporcionada por la enfermera durante la hospitalización es fundamental en su trabajo diario, ya que tienen un impacto importante en la recuperación del paciente. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la seguridad del paciente y el cuidado humano durante el intraoperatorio en las enfermeras del servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Instituto Nacional de enfermedades Neoplásicas en el año 2024. Método: El estudio será de tipo aplicada, método hipotético –deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental, alcance correlacional de corte transversal. La población estará constituida por 130 profesionales del personal de enfermería. Se empleará la encuesta y el cuestionario Caring Efficacy Scale para medir la primera variable y la guía de observación para la segunda, aplicándose la prueba de Kuder-Richardson (KR20). La información será codificada y transferida a una matriz en Excel 2021, posteriormente se procesará con el software estadístico SPSS V26, con inferencias estadísticas, tanto paramétricos como no paramétricos, como el coeficiente de Pearson o de Rho de Spearman, según prueba de normalidad.

Patient safety is one of the most essential priorities for nursing professionals today, especially in the surgical setting, where the patient is entirely dependent on the care of healthcare personnel. The care provided by nurses during hospitalization is fundamental to their daily work, as it has a significant impact on patient recovery. Objective: To determine the relationship between patient safety and humane care during the intraoperative period among nurses at the Surgical Center of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in 2024. Method: The study will be applied, with a hypothetical-deductive method, a quantitative approach, and a non-experimental design with a cross-sectional correlational scope. The population will consist of 130 nursing staff professionals. The survey and the Caring Efficacy Scale questionnaire will be used to measure the first variable and the observation guide for the second, applying the Kuder-Richardson test (KR20). The information will be coded and transferred to a matrix in Excel 2021, and then processed using SPSS V26 statistical software, with both parametric and non-parametric statistical inferences, such as Pearson's coefficient or Spearman's Rho, according to the normality test.
