Síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia en un centro de atención primaria, Lima-2024

Abstract

El Síndrome de burnout es la consecuencia negativa que puede llegar a desarrollar una persona que se ve expuesta durante un periodo prolongado de tiempo a situaciones de estrés que afectan de manera negativa a su salud mental. Debido a ello en este proyecto tiene como Objetivo general: Determinar cómo se relaciona el síndrome de burnout y la satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería del servicio de emergencia en un Centro de Atención Primaria, Lima-2024. Materiales y Métodos: Se utilizó un diseño de investigación hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Población: La población fue de 65 trabajadores del departamento de enfermería del servicio de emergencia del Centro de Atención Primaria III Hna. María Donrose Sutmöller en el Callao. Técnicas e instrumentos: Este estudio empleó la encuesta como técnica para ambas variables. Como instrumentos, en síndrome de burnout, “MBI- Human Services Survey”, creado por Masclach y para satisfacción laboral es “Font roja de satisfacción laboral”, creada por Aranza en 2019, ambos instrumentos son válidos e idóneos para la investigación, utilizando Microsoft Excel en el programa SPSS. Las variables se correlacionarán mediante la prueba de Spearman. Resultados: en cuanto al Síndrome de Burnout con la Satisfacción Laboral hay un nivel de Síndrome de Burnout Medio con Satisfacción Laboral Media de 20% con Satisfacción Laboral Media de 20% y Síndrome de Burnout Alto con Satisfacción Laboral Media de 20%. Conclusiones: existe una relación funcional y significativa entre el síndrome de burnout y satisfacción laboral que afirma la hipótesis general.

Burnout syndrome is the negative consequence that can develop a person who is exposed for a prolonged period of time to stressful situations that negatively affect their mental health. Due to this, this project has as a general objective: To determine how burnout syndrome and job satisfaction are related in emergency service nursing staff in a Primary Care Center, Lima-2024. Materials and Methods: A hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational research design was used. Population: The population was 65 workers from the nursing department of the emergency service of the III Sr. María Donrose Sutmöller in Callao. Techniques and instruments: This study used the survey as a technique for both variables. As instruments, in burnout syndrome, "MBI- Human Services Survey", created by Masclach and for job satisfaction is "Red Font of Job Satisfaction", created by Aranza in 2019, both instruments are valid and suitable for research, using Microsoft Excel in the SPSS program. The variables will be correlated using Spearman's test. Results: regarding Burnout Syndrome with Job Satisfaction, there is a level of Medium Burnout Syndrome with Average Job Satisfaction of 20% with Average Job Satisfaction of 20% and High Burnout Syndrome with Average Job Satisfaction of 20%. Conclusions: There is a functional and significant relationship between burnout syndrome and job satisfaction that affirms the general hypothesis.
