Carga laboral y calidad de cuidado de enfermeria en el servicio de emergencia adulto del Hospital Cayetano Heredia 2022

Abstract

El estudio realizado es de relevancia porque busca hallar la relación entre la carga laboral y la calidad de cuidado de enfermería. La carga laboral genera un problema que puede afectar de manera psicológica y social al profesional de enfermería en el aspecto físico y mental trayendo como consecuencia negativa un cuidado ya no de calidad. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la Carga Laboral y la Calidad de Cuidado de enfermería del servicio de Emergencia Adulto del HCH, 2022. Metodología: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, de diseño transversal y de cohorte. La población de estudio está conformada por 91licenciados de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia Adulto del HCH., no se calculó el tamaño de muestra, porque la investigación fue censal. En la recolección de datos se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, para la variable Carga laboral y la variable Calidad de Cuidado de Enfermería, dicho instrumento elaborado por la autora Zúñiga (2020). Para el procesamiento de los datos recolectados se hace uso del programa Excel y el programa SPSS versión 25. Resultados: Muestra que no hay una relación entre ambas variables de estudio.

The study carried out is relevant because it seeks to find the relationship between the workload and the quality of nursing care. The workload generates a problem that can affect the nursing professional in a psychological and social way in the physical and mental aspect, bringing as a negative consequence a care that is no longer of quality. Objective: To determine the relationship between the Workload and the Quality of Nursing Care of the Adult Emergency Service of the HCH, 2022. Methodology: The study has a quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional and cohort design. The study population is made up of 91 nursing graduates from the HCH Adult Emergency Service. The sample size was not calculated, because the research was based on a census. Two questionnaires were used for data collection, for the variable Workload and the variable Quality of Nursing Care, said instrument prepared by the author Zúñiga (2020). For the processing of the collected data, the Excel program and the SPSS version 25 program are used. Results: It shows that there is no relationship between both study variables.
