Calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente con enfermedad renal crónica en la unidad de hemodiálisis de un hospital Castrense 2024

Abstract

Introducción: Los pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica, reciben tratamiento sustitutivo, en la cual, están conectados en un dializador por un promedio de tres horas de forma periódica, generando un grado de dependencia al tratamiento. Por lo tanto, el profesional de enfermería tiene un papel crucial en proporcionar un cuidado de calidad, para que así, los pacientes muestren satisfacción con la atención recibida. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente con enfermedad renal crónica en la unidad de hemodiálisis de un Hospital Castrense 2024. Método: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental, de corte transversal. La muestra será constituida por 70 pacientes del Hospital Castrense. Se usará la encuesta para aplicar dos cuestionarios; uno llamado CARE Q modificado por León 2019 y SERVQHOS modificado por Castro y Graciela en el 2017 para la población objetivo, están validados y son confiables para medir las variables. Los datos recopilados se analizarán utilizando la versión 25 de SPSS, y las hipótesis planteadas se evaluarán mediante la prueba estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. Por último, los hallazgos se interpretarán mediante tablas y gráficos.

Introduction: Patients with chronic kidney disease receive replacement therapy, in which they are connected to a dialyzer for an average of three hours periodically, generating a degree of dependence on the treatment. Therefore, the nursing professional has a crucial role in providing quality care, so that patients show satisfaction with the care received. Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction with chronic kidney disease in the hemodialysis unit of a Military Hospital 2024. Method: A quantitative study, applied type, non-experimental design, cross sectional. The sample will consist of 70 patients from the Military Hospital. The survey will be used to apply two questionnaires; one called CARE Q modified by León 2019 and SERVQHOS modified by Castro and Graciela in 2017 for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables. The collected data will be analyzed using SPSS version 25, and the proposed hypotheses will be evaluated using Spearman's correlation coefficient test. Finally, the findings will be interpreted using tables and graphs.
