Nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre farmacovigilancia de los profesionales de la salud del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. Lima 2022

Abstract

The present research aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude regarding pharmacovigilance of health professionals at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital. Lima 2022, the method used in this research is hypothetical - deductive, the research approach is quantitative, the type of research used was applied and the research design is observational - cross-sectional. There was a population of 415 health professionals, including doctors, nursing graduates, midwives, dentists, pharmaceutical chemists, nutritionists, psychologists and medical technologists, obtaining a sample of 200 health professionals. The results obtained are: as the P value <0.05, concluding that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude regarding pharmacovigilance of health professionals at the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital. Lima 2022, as a conclusion highlights: that the contrast of the general hypothesis, the (P value < 0.05) with a positive moderate relationship with a (Rho 0.560 and p value 0.000).

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo el analizar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre farmacovigilancia de los profesionales de la salud delHospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. Lima 2022, el método utilizado de esta investigación es el hipotético – deductivo, el enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo, como tipo deinvestigación se utilizó la aplicada y diseño de la investigación es observacional – transversal. Se contó con una población 415 profesionales de la salud, entre médicos,licenciados de enfermería, obstetrices, odontólogos, químicos farmacéuticos, nutricionistas, psicólogos y tecnólogos médicos, obteniendo una muestra es de 200profesionales de la salud. Los resultados obtenidos son: como el P value < 0,05, concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitudsobre farmacovigilancia de los profesionales de la salud del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza. Lima 2022, como conclusión resalta: que la contrastación de la hipótesisgeneral, el (P value < 0,05) con una relación positiva modera con un (Rho 0,560 y p valor 0,000).
