Las TIC como herramienta educativa y su influencia en la formación de competencias básicas empresariales en la Institución Educativa “Monseñor Alfonso Uribe” del Municipio de La Ceja, Antioquia, en el año 2014

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la influencia de las TIC sobre el desarrollo de las competencias básicas empresariales en la dimensión ser, saber y hacer. Por lo anterior, se pretendió realizar la investigación mediante el uso de instrumentos de recolección de datos que permita observar, medir, diagnosticar, y proponer alternativas mediante el uso de las TIC, que mejore la cátedra de emprendimiento en sus competencias básicas empresariales. La investigación está enmarcada en la línea pre - experimental correlacional cuyas formas de indagación fueron la encuesta, la observación directa y la entrevista personal, mediante diálogos para determinar el grado de acompañamiento y asertividad en la orientación impartida en el colegio como medio observacional. La encuesta permitió recaudar datos sobre el asertividad de la catedra de emprendimiento y el uso de los recursos TIC. La población objeto de estudio fueron los estudiantes de básica secundaria, de los cuales se seleccionó una muestra de estudio de 158 estudiantes, la selección de la muestra se realizó utilizando muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple y definiendo un margen de error del 5%. El procesamiento y análisis de la información recolectada se realiza con el software estadístico SPSS, que permitió realizar las pruebas de normalidad y T Student para muestras relacionadas que permiten determinar la validez de las hipótesis plateadas en la investigación. Las encuestas de entrada arrojaron un nivel de aceptación sumamente bajo, en el desarrollo de competencias básicas empresariales en los estudiantes. Ante esta situación, se implementaron diferentes estrategias para la incorporación de las TIC en catedra de emprendimiento. Para ello, se puso en marcha el proyecto de investigación. En cinco meses se realizó la prueba de salida para verificar los cambios, se hizo el análisis estadístico de la información obtenida al inicio y final de la investigación, se realizó la prueba de cada hipótesis planteada llegando a la conclusión que las herramientas TIC aplicadas a la catedra de emprendimiento influyen significativamente en el desarrollo de las competencias básicas empresariales de los estudiantes, obteniendo un incremento del 29% en comparación a la prueba de entrada.

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of information technology and communication (ICT) on the process of teaching - learning of the department of entrepreneurship in students of I.E Monseñor Alfonso Uribe Jaramillo the municipality of La Ceja, Antioquia and its involvement in the development of basic competencies in the dimension of being, knowing and doing. Therefore it was intended to do research through the use of data collection instruments for observing, measuring, diagnosing, and propose alternatives through the use of ICT, improving the chair of entrepreneurship in their basic competencies. The research is framed in the experimental line of inquiry whose forms were the survey, direct observation and personal interview, through dialogue to determine the degree of support and assertiveness in the guidance provided in school as a means of observational. The survey allowed to collect data on the assertiveness of the department of entrepreneurship and use of ICT resources. The study population was the secondary school students, from which a study sample of 158 students was selected, the selection of the sample was made using simple random probabilistic sampling and defining a margin of error of 5%. The information processing is done with the SPSS statistical software that allows to analyze collected in the investigation and to perform the tests of normality and Student T for related samples that allow to determine the validity of the silver hypotheses in the investigation. Input surveys yielded a very low level of acceptance in the development of core business skills in students. In response to this situation, different strategies were implemented for the incorporation of ICTs in Entrepreneurship. To this end, the research project was launched. In five months the exit test was carried out to verify the changes, the statistical analysis of the information obtained at the beginning and at the end of the investigation was done, the test of each hypothesis was carried out, concluding that the ICT tools applied to the Entrepreneurship board significantly influence the development of students' basic business skills, obtaining a 29% increase in comparison to the entrance test.
