B-learning y desempeño pedagógico en la facultad de medicina de una Universidad Pública de San Martin, 2022

Abstract

El Blended learning, es la utilización conjunta de momentos de aprendizaje presenciales y momentos virtuales o en línea (encuentros asíncronos o sincrónicos), tomando las ventajas de ambos tipos de aprendizaje y supliendo las desventajas que presenta cada uno de los modelos por separado, aunado al contexto de globalización, es imprescindible que los maestrandos desarrollen habilidades que les permita ser competentes frente a las nuevas exigencias y desafíos del mundo laboral local y mundial. La presente investigación, tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Blended learning y el desempeño pedagógico. Con esta finalidad hemos utilizado un diseño no experimental, de alcance correlacional, tipo aplicado, utilizando un instrumento cuantitativo (cuestionario con escala tipo Likert) a 215 estudiantes de medicina de la Universidad Nacional de San Martin. Los resultados de este estudio mostraron un coeficiente Rho Spearman de 0,811, lo que sugiere una correlación positiva y fuerte entre las variables Blended learning y el desempeño pedagógico, concluyendo que, cualquier mejora en el aprendizaje semipresencial irá acompañada de mejoras en el desempeño pedagógico en la facultad de medicina de la Universidad pública de San Martín.

For this purpose we have used a nonexperimental design, correlational in scope, applied type, using a quantitative instrument (questionnaire with Likert-type scale) to 215 medical students from the National University of San Martin. The results of this study revealed a Rho Spearman coefficient of 0.811, which suggests a positive and strong correlation between the Blended learning variables and pedagogical performance, concluding that any improvement in blended learning will be accompanied by improvements in pedagogical performance in the Faculty of Medicine of the Public University of San Martín.
