Tratamiento hipertensivo y las manifestaciones bucales en adultos mayores atendidos en el Policlínico Rosa Luz, Puente Piedra 2024

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue establecer la relación entre el tratamiento de la hipertensión y las manifestaciones orales en adultos mayores tratados en la Policlínica Rosaluz, Puente Piedra 2024. Se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, básico, no experimental, observacional y prospectivo; se evaluó a 40 personas que acudieron a la Policlínica Rosa Luz en el distrito de Puente Piedra mediante un formulario de recopilación de datos. Se encontró que la relación entre el tratamiento de la hipertensión y las manifestaciones orales en adultos mayores se observa principalmente en pacientes que utilizan Losartán 50 mg dos veces al día, el 10 % de los cuales (n = 4) presenta hipertrofia gingival, seguidos por aquellos que utilizan Losartán 50 mg dos veces al día y presentan herpes labial (HSV-1) en un 7,5 % (n = 3). =4), seguidos de los que toman 50 mg de Losartán dos veces al día y tienen herpes labial (HSV-1) en un 7,5 % (n = 3). No hay significación estadística ya que el valor p de la prueba de chi-cuadrado = 0,794 (p> 0,05), se acepta la hipótesis nula, es decir, se concluye que no existe relación entre el tratamiento de la hipertensión y las manifestaciones orales en los adultos mayores atendidos en la policlínica Rosaluz, Puente Piedra 2024.

The objective of the study was to establish the relationship between hypertension treatment and oral manifestations in older adults treated at the Rosaluz Polyclinic, Puente Piedra 2024. A quantitative, basic, non-experimental, observational, and prospective study was conducted; 40 people who attended the Rosa Luz Polyclinic in the district of Puente Piedra were evaluated using a data collection form.
