Estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento del profesional de enfermería en el servicio de cirugía de un hospital regional en Huacho, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es “determinar la relación que existe entre el estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento del profesional de Enfermeria en el servicio de cirugía de un Hospital Regional en Huacho, 2025”. Se trata de una metodología de tipo aplicada, no experimental, con un enfoque correlacional y transversal, que sigue el método hipotético deductivo y es de índole cuantitativa, compuesta por enfermeros del área de cirugía de un hospital ubicado en Huacho, se utilizara la técnica la encuesta y el cuestionario Brief COPE de 28 ítems, adaptado por Salas F, 2021, al contexto peruano y hospitalario y también la Escala de estrés de enfermería (NSS), la versión peruana lo realizo Porcel, et al en el año 2020 como instrumentos, Los cuestionarios se codificarán en SPSS, depurando respuestas incompletas. Se realizará análisis descriptivo y correlacional (Pearson) para relacionar estrés laboral y estrategias de afrontamiento. El estudio permitirá identificar estrategias efectivas para manejar el estrés en enfermería, mejorar el bienestar del personal, optimizar la atención a pacientes y orientar programas de apoyo y capacitación en el Hospital de Huacho.

The objective of the research is to “determine the relationship between work stress and coping strategies of the Nursing professional in the surgery service of a Regional Hospital in Huacho, 2025”. It is an applied, non-experimental methodology, with a correlational and cross-sectional approach, which follows the hypothetical-deductive method and is quantitative in nature, composed of nurses from the surgery area of a hospital located in Huacho, the survey technique and the 28-item Brief COPE questionnaire will be used, adapted by Salas F, 2021, to the Peruvian and hospital context and also the Nursing Stress Scale (NSS), the Peruvian version was carried out by Porcel, et al in 2020 as instruments, The questionnaires will be coded in SPSS, eliminating incomplete responses. Descriptive and correlational analysis (Pearson) will be carried out to relate work stress and coping strategies. The study will identify effective strategies for managing stress in nursing, improve staff well-being, optimize patient care, and guide support and training programs at Huacho Hospital.
