Conocimiento y práctica del cuidado de enfermería sobre el catéter venoso central en pacientes hospitalizados en el área de cuidados intensivos de una clínica de Lima, 2025

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio será “Identificar como se asocian los conocimientos con las prácticas del cuidado de enfermería sobre el Catéter Venoso Central en pacientes hospitalizados en el área de cuidados intensivos de una clínica, Lima, 2025”, para este fin se planteará bajo el la metodología cuantitativa, observacional y relacional, tomará como muestra a 80 licenciadas de enfermería que laboran en cuidados intensivos, los instrumentos a utilizar serán un cuestionario para valorar el grado de conocimientos de Yesenia Escate año 2021, que consta de 22 ítems para medir las cuatro dimensiones, así también para la variable 2 se utilizara una lista de chequeo de 20 enunciados distribuidos en tres dimensiones cuya autoría le pertenece a Rosa Poma y Betty Ojeda del año 2022; los dos instrumentos fueron evaluados para verificar su validez de contenido en estudios realizados con enfermeras peruanas.; así mismo el primer instrumento presentó un índice de confiabilidad de 0.716 y el segundo la lista de chequeo obtuvo el índice de 0.88, ambos realizados por medio del KR-20 por sus respectivos autores. Los resultados serán expuestos en tablas y figuras, posterior al análisis realizado en el software SPSS 25, donde primero se realizará un análisis para determinar la distribución de los datos, lo que permitirá definir qué prueba estadística de correlación se aplicará para comprobar las hipótesis, y dar respuesta a los objetivos establecidos y proponer acciones que mejoren la problemática expuesta.

The objective of the study will be "To identify how knowledge is associated with nursing care practices on the Central Venous Catheter in hospitalized patients in the intensive care area of a clinic, Lima, 2025", for this purpose it will be proposed under the quantitative, non experimental and correlational approach, it will take as a sample 80 nursing graduates who work in intensive care, the instruments to be used will be a questionnaire to assess the degree of knowledge of Yesenia Escate in 2021, consisting of 22 items and four dimensions, as well as for the practices variable, a checklist of 20 statements distributed in three dimensions will be used, whose authorship belongs to Rosa Poma and Betty Ojeda from the year 2022; the two instruments were evaluated to verify their content validity in studies carried out with Peruvian nurses. Likewise, the first instrument presented a reliability index of 0.716 and the second, the checklist, obtained the index of 0.88, both carried out using the KR-20 by their respective authors. The results will be presented in tables and figures, after the analysis performed in the SPSS 25 software, where first an analysis will be performed to determine the distribution of the data, which will allow to define what statistical correlation test will be applied to verify the hypotheses, and respond to the established objectives and propose actions to improve the problems exposed.
