Políticas públicas de agroexportación y crecimiento económico, Ayacucho – Perú, 2017-2022

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar la relación de las políticas públicas sobre agroexportación en el crecimiento económico de la región Ayacucho 2017 – 2022. El trabajo realizado es una investigación cuantitativa, aplicada siguiendo el método hipotético - deductivo; analítico y sintético, de diseño no experimental, de corte longitudinal, nivel correlacional. Se realizó el análisis documental de normas legales, documentos de gestión pública e información estadística. Se tomó en cuenta las corrientes teóricas sobre política pública y crecimiento económico, así como antecedentes nacionales e internacionales. Se consideró los instrumentos de planificación, presupuesto, implementación y control de las políticas públicas sobre agroexportación y su influencia en el PBI, la inversión y las exportaciones de la región Ayacucho. Se aplicó herramientas estadísticas de los datos acopiados se aplicó la prueba R de Pearson y R2 (coeficiente de determinación) que nos permitió señalar la relación entre las políticas públicas sobre agroexportación en el crecimiento económico de la región Ayacucho 2017 – 2022 con un nivel de significancia < .05 y niveles correlación lineal moderada a alta en cuanto a la formulación y ejecución; en el caso de la evaluación de políticas no es posible verificar la relación al arrojar significancia > .05.

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship of public policies on agroexports on the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022. The work carried out is a quantitative research, applied following the hypothetical-deductive method; analytical and synthetic, non-experimental design, longitudinal cut, correlational, causal or explanatory level. A documentary analysis of legal norms, public management documents and statistical information was performed. Theoretical currents on public policy and economic growth were taken into account, as well as national and international antecedents. The planning, budgeting, implementation and control instruments of public policies on agro-exports and their influence on GDP, investment and exports in the Ayacucho region were considered. Statistical tools were applied to the data collected, Pearson's R test and R2 (coefficient of determination) were applied, which allowed us to point out the relationship between public policies on agro-exports in the economic growth of the Ayacucho region 2017 - 2022 with a significance level < .05 and moderate to high linear correlation levels in terms of formulation and execution; In the case of the policy evaluation, it is not possible to verify the relationship since it shows a significance > .05.
