Gestión del talento humano y su relación con el desempeño laboral del personal asistencial en el centro de salud mental comunitario banda de Shilcayo, 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión del talento humano y el desempeño laboral del personal asistencial en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Banda de Shilcayo, 2022.”. Población: Será de 32 enfermeras que laboran en el Centro de Salud Mental Comunitario Banda de Shilcayo. Muestra: Estará conformada por 32 trabajadores asistenciales de enfermería, se aplicará el muestreo probabilístico por conveniencia. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será de aplicada. El método será deductivo, observacional, descriptivo y trasversal. El diseño que se utilizará será correlacional. El instrumento: Para valorar la variable: “Gestión del Talento Humano”, se aplicará el cuestionario modificado por Espinoza y Montalvo en el 2021, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.823 y para la variable: “Desempeño Laboral”, se aplicará el cuestionario modificado por Torres en el 2020, confiable mediante Alpha de Cronbach con 0.861. la técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se realizará mediante la aplicación de la descripción estadística que presentará según niveles los resultados y la estadística inferencial mediante la aplicación de la prueba R de Pearson para comprobar la hipótesis planteada en el estudio.

The instrument: To assess the variable: "Human Talent Management", the questionnaire modified by Espinoza and Montalvo in 2021 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.823 and for the variable: "Job Performance", the questionnaire modified by Torres in 2020 will be applied, reliable through Cronbach's Alpha with 0.861. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out by applying the statistical description that will present the results according to levels and inferential statistics by applying the Pearson R test to verify the hypothesis raised in the study.
