Relación entre el método de enfermería y auditoria de los registros de enfermería en el HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima 2025

Abstract

Objetivo: establecer la relación entre el método de enfermería y la auditoria de los registros de enfermería en el HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima durante el año 2025. Metodología: estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal, de alcance correlacional simple. La proporción fue de 105 atenciones realizadas por las licenciadas en enfermería del servicio de Cirugía Pediátrica del HONADOMANI San Bartolomé. Para evaluar la relación entre las variables se manejó las pruebas de correspondencia a través de la rho de Spearman. Resultados: entre los resultados se tuvo no hay relación entre el método de enfermería y la auditoria del balance hídrico de las exploraciones de enfermería (p=0.248) en el HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima. No hay dependencia entre el método de enfermería y la auditoria de la gráfica de signos vitales de los registros de enfermería (p=0.770) y la auditoria del kárdex de enfermería de los registros de enfermería (p=0.946); sin embargo, se observó que hay relación positiva, moderada y demostrativa entre el método de enfermería y la auditoria de las notas de evolución de los registros de enfermería (p=0.000; rho: 0.000) en el HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima. Al final se concluye que: hay relación positiva, débil y significativa entre el método de enfermería y la auditoria de los registros de enfermería (p=0.004; rho: 0.281) en el HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima durante el año 2025.

Objective: To establish the relationship between the nursing method and the audit of nursing records at HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima during the year 2025. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional study with a simple correlational scope. The sample consisted of 105 consultations provided by nursing graduates from the Pediatric Surgery Service at HONADOMANI San Bartolomé. To evaluate the relationship between variables, Spearman's rho correlation tests were used. Results: The results showed no relationship between the nursing method and the audit of the water balance of the nursing records (p = 0.248) at HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima. There is no relationship between the nursing method and the audit of the vital signs chart of the nursing records (p = 0.770) and the audit of the nursing card of the nursing records (p = 0.946); However, it was observed that there is a positive, moderate and significant relationship between the nursing method and the audit of the evolution notes of the nursing records (p = 0.000; rho: 0.000) in the HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima. In the end, it is concluded that: there is a positive, weak and significant relationship between the nursing method and the audit of the nursing records (p = 0.004; rho: 0.281) in the HONADOMANI San Bartolomé Lima during the year 2025.
