Introducción: Las desigualdades sociales en los temas de género hacen evidente el atentado contra la igualdad; existen múltiples evidencias donde las mujeres están desfavorecidas en cuanto a derechos laborales a pesar de ser competentes. Objetivo: es analizar las implicancias de la brecha de género en el mercado laboral peruano 2023. Metodología: se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo y como diseño la teoría fundamentada, como instrumento la entrevista en profundidad, la triangulación del objetivo y los autores. Resultado: se ha identificado la existencia de la brecha salarial en el mundo laboral afecta de gran manera a las mujeres de nuestro país generando un desbalance en los salarios y oportunidades laborales. Conclusión: se analizaron las implicancias de la brecha de género en el mercado laboral peruano 2023, lo más importante del análisis fue visibilizar las diferencias entre las trayectorias laborales de género seguidas por hombres y mujeres, en las que puede observar que el cargo no está relacionado con el nivel salarial, siendo siempre menor el recibido por las mujeres para puestos iguales. Lo que más ayudó a analizar estas implicancias fueron la vasta información previamente recolectada por otros autores. Lo más difícil fue la búsqueda a profundidad de información en otro idioma por la limitación lingüística prevalente.
Resumen
Introduction: Social inequalities in gender issues make evident the attack against equality; there is multiple evidence where women are disadvantaged in terms of labor rights despite being competent. Objective: is to analyze the implications of the gender gap in the Peruvian labor market 2023. Methodology: the qualitative approach was used and the grounded theory as design, the in-depth interview as an instrument, the triangulation of the objective and the authors. Result: the existence of the wage gap in the world of work has been identified, which greatly affects women in our country, generating an imbalance in wages and job opportunities. Conclusion: the implications of the gender gap in the Peruvian labor market 2023 were analyzed, the most important thing in the analysis was to make visible the differences between the gender labor trajectories followed by men and women, in which it can be observed that the position is not related with the salary level, always being lower than that received by women for equal positions. What helped most to analyze these implications was the vast information previously collected by other authors. The most difficult thing was the in-depth search for information in another language due to the prevailing linguistic limitation.
