Nivel de kinesiofobia y funcionalidad en pacientes con lesiones en rodilla del centro deportivo Fisiodepor-t San Borja, 2025

Abstract

La kinesiofobia, o el miedo al movimiento debido al dolor o lesión, es un factor importante que puede afectar la recuperación funcional en pacientes con lesiones de rodilla. Esta condición limita la capacidad del paciente para realizar actividades físicas y puede retrasar la rehabilitación. El objetivo fue identificar la relación entre kinesiofobia y funcionalidad en pacientes con lesiones en rodillas del centro deportivo Fisiodepor-T San Borja. Fue un estudio hipotético-deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado y no experimental. La técnica adoptada fue encuestas y se utilizaron cuestionarios. La muestra fue de 80 pacientes con lesiones en rodilla. Se llevó a cabo con análisis estadísticos utilizando el programa SPSS. Se aplicó estadística descriptiva para determinar frecuencias absolutas y en estadísticas inferencial que permitió ver las relaciones entre las variables y las dimensiones correspondientes. Se determinó la relación entre las dos variables, obteniendo la prueba bivariado de Spearman de - ,353** y sig.= 0.001 de significancia, lo que se comprueba que las variables poseen una relación negativa baja e inversamente proporcional.

Kinesiophobia, or the fear of movement due to pain or injury, is a significant factor that can affect functional recovery in patients with knee injuries. This condition limits the patient's ability to perform physical activities and can delay rehabilitation. The objectives of this studies was to identify the relationships betweens kinesiophobia and functionality in patients with knee injuries at the Fisiodepor-T San Borja sports center. It was a hypothetical-deductive, quantitative, applied, and non-experimental study. The data collection technique used was surveys, and questionnaires were administered. The sample consisted of 80 patients with knee injuries. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. Descriptives statistics were applieds to determine absolute frequencies, and inferentials statistics were used to examine the relationships between the variables and their corresponding dimensions. The relationships between kinesiophobia level and functionalitys in patient with knee injurie was determined, obtaining the Spearman bivariate test of - ,353** and sig.= 0.001 of significance, which proves that the variables have a low negatives and inversely proportional relationships.
