Cuidado humanizado y satisfacción percibida por el cuidador de pacientes pediátricos oncológicos de un instituto nivel III en Lima, 2026

Abstract

Introducción: El cuidado humanizado constituye un enfoque esencial en la atención de pacientes pediátricos oncológicos, al reconocer las necesidades emocionales, sociales y éticas tanto del niño como de su cuidador. En este contexto, la percepción del cuidador sobre el cuidado humanizado influye en su satisfacción con los servicios. Objetivo. El estudio tiene como objetivo “determinar la relación entre el cuidado humanizado y la satisfacción percibida por el cuidador de pacientes pediátricos oncológicos de un Instituto Nivel III, 2026”. Metodología. Estudio de cuantitativo, correlacional, no experimental con 55 cuidadores de pacientes pediátricos oncológicos. Se utilizará la encuesta y se les administrará dos instrumentos que son cuestionarios que tienen validez de expertos y una alta confiabilidad. Luego de la recolección de los datos se codificará las respuestas de la muestra con lo cual se elaborará una base de datos en Excel y luego dicha base tendrá un análisis del SPSS 27.0, el cual brindará resultados estadístico a través de pruebas como la normalidad para asegurar el uso de pruebas estadísticas como Spearman. De igual forma se considera en el desarrollo del estudio los aspectos éticos de autonomía, beneficencia, no maleficencia y justicia, garantizando la participación voluntaria con consentimiento informado, sin riesgos para los participantes, y asegurando confidencialidad, anonimato y ausencia de discriminación.

Introduction: Humanized care is an essential approach in the care of pediatric cancer patients, recognizing the emotional, social, and ethical needs of both the child and his or her caregiver. In this context, the caregiver's perception of humanized care influences their satisfaction with services. Objective. The study aims to “determine the relationship between humanized care and the satisfaction perceived by the caregiver of pediatric cancer patients at a Level III Institute, 2026”. Methodology. A hypothetical-deductive process study, with a quantitative approach, with a correlational level, being a non-experimental study with 55 caregivers of pediatric cancer patients. The survey will be used and they will be administered two instruments, which are questionnaires that have expert validity and high reliability. After data collection, the responses of the sample will be coded with which an Excel database will be developed and then this database will have an analysis of SPSS 27.0, which will provide descriptive and inferential results, the statistics of normality will be applied to ensure the use of statistical tests such as Spearman. In the same way, the ethical aspects of autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice are considered in the development of the study, guaranteeing voluntary participation ith informed consent, without risks for the participants, and ensuring confidentiality, anonymity and absence of discrimination.
