Gestión del presupuesto participativo y el nivel de satisfacción en la ciudadanía del distrito de Quilmaná, provincia de Cañete, 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar cómo se relaciona la gestión del presupuesto participativo con el nivel de satisfacción en los ciudadanos del Distrito de Quilmaná en la Provincia de Cañete, 2021. El diseño de investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo y no experimental, operando con dos variables, gestión del presupuesto participativo y el nivel de satisfacción, describiendo la relación existente entre ambas. Para este efecto se aplicó un cuestionario a una muestra de 372 ciudadanos, de tal manera que la descripción y el análisis estadístico para obtener los resultados, se utilizó la estadística descriptiva y el coeficiente Rho de Sperman para la prueba de hipótesis. Como resultado, se obtiene la correlación significativa entre la gestión del presupuesto participativo y el nivel de satisfacción en la ciudadanía del Distrito de Quilmaná, Provincia de Cañete, 2021, al obtener el valor de significancia p = 0,000 < 0,05; además de un coeficiente de Spearman de 0,207, lo que indica una correlación positiva y baja entre la gestión del presupuesto participativo y el nivel de satisfacción. Se concluye, que existe una correlación positiva entre la gestión del presupuesto participativo y la condición de vida. En cuanto a la gestión del presupuesto participativo y la condición existe una correlación positiva, mientras que en la gestión del presupuesto participativo con el bienestar social y el dialogo social la correlación es positiva y baja.

The objective of this research work is to determine how the management of the participatory budget is related to the level of satisfaction in the citizens of the District of Quilmaná in the Province of Cañete, 2021. The research design is quantitative, descriptive and non-experimental, operating with two variables, participatory budget management and the level of satisfaction, describing the relationship between the two. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 372 citizens, in such a way that the description and statistical analysis to obtain the results, the descriptive statistics and the Sperman Rho coefficient were used for the hypothesis test. As a result, the significant correlation between the management of the participatory budget and the level of satisfaction in the citizens of the District of Quilmaná, Province of Cañete, 2021 is obtained, by obtaining the significance value p = 0.000 <0.05; in addition to a Spearman coefficient of 0.207, which indicates a positive and low correlation between participatory budgeting management and the level of satisfaction. It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the management of the participatory budget and the living conditions. Regarding the management of the participatory budget and the condition, there is a positive correlation, while in the management of the participatory budget with social welfare and social dialogue the correlation is positive and low.
