Nivel de Kinesiofobia y Funcionalidad en Pacientes con Lesiones de Rodilla del centro de medicina física y rehabilitación Semarca, periodo 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de kinesiofobia y funcionalidad en pacientes con lesión de rodilla del centro de medicina física y rehabilitación Semarca, periodo 2024. Materiales y Métodos: El estudio fue de tipo aplicada con un enfoque cuantitativo que utilizo 97 pacientes con lesión de rodilla, los que fueron evaluados mediante la Escala de Tampa para la kinesiofobia (TSK-11) y el Knee Injury and Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (KOOS). Resultados: El grupo mayoritario corresponde a los pacientes de 30 a 34 años, representando el 33.0%, la mayoría de los participantes son de sexo masculino, representando el 54.6%, la categoría predominante es la de obesidad grado I, que representa el 46.4%, de los participantes, el 54.6%, presenta un nivel bajo de kinesiofobia, el 75.3%, presenta una funcionalidad calificada como "mala", la relación entre el nivel de “kinesiofobia y la funcionalidad de la rodilla es significativa (p = 0.000 < 0.05) y el coeficiente de Spearman es -0.562”. Conclusiones: El grupo mayoritario corresponde a los pacientes de 30 a 34 años, la mayoría de los participantes son de sexo masculino, la categoría predominante es la de obesidad grado. I, la mayoría de los participantes presenta un nivel bajo de kinesiofobia y el nivel de kinesiofobia y la funcionalidad de la rodilla, así como sus dimensiones tienen una relación negativa y moderada.
