Nivel de conocimiento y su relación con el cuidado de enfermería en el manejo del catéter venoso periférico en pacientes del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2024

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es “Establecer la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y los cuidados de enfermería en el manejo del catéter venoso periférico en pacientes del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2023”. La investigación se desarrollará en base al enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño descriptivo observacional y correlacional, no experimental, de corte transversal. Con respecto a la población, esta serán 50 profesionales de enfermería que se encuentran trabajando en el servicio de emergencia de un Hospital de Lima 2023. En cuanto a la técnica de recolección de datos se tendrán como base la encuesta y una guía de observación, para ello, los instrumentos fueron validados con juicio de expertos con un nivel bueno, así mismo para ver la confiabilidad se utilizó el Coeficiente Kuder Richardson (KR20) con un 0.860 y 0935, ambos aceptables. Los resultados de dichos instrumentos serán tabulados a través del programa SPSS V 25, para luego ser presentados mediante tablas y gráficos, luego de ello poder comprobar las hipótesis de que existe relación entre las variables de estudio, apoyándose de la prueba estadística Shapiro Wilks.

The objective of this research work is to "Establish the relationship between the level of knowledge and nursing care in the management of peripheral venous catheter in patients of the emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2023". The research will be developed based on the quantitative approach, of a descriptive, observational and correlational design, non experimental, cross-sectional. With respect to the population, this will be 50 nursing professionals who are working in the emergency service of a Hospital in Lima 2023. The results of these instruments will be tabulated through the SPSS V 25 program, to later be presented by means of tables and graphs, after which it will be possible to verify the hypotheses that there is a relationship between the study variables, supported by the Shapiro Wilks statistical test.
