Acceso a los servicios de salud y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar en la red de salud de Ica, 2025

Abstract

El estudio tiene por Objetivo: “Determinar cómo el acceso a los servicios de salud se relaciona con la adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar en la red de salud de Ica 2025”. Material y Métodos: Investigación con método hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, correlacional, transversal y no experimental, con muestra de 142 pacientes, aplicándose dos cuestionarios validados en el contexto nacional. Resultados: Se analizará inicialmente las variables de forma descriptiva considerando la evaluación global y por cada dimensión según porcentajes y frecuencias que serán consignadas en gráficos-tablas. De igual forma se determinará la relación entre variables con prueba estadística apropiada según resultados obtenidos en prueba de distribución normal de datos, siendo de mayor relevancia la prueba Rho Spearman, manteniendo un grado de confianza de 95%, confirmándose la relación estadística, si el índice bilateral es menor a 0.05. Conclusiones: Los resultados permitirán conocer a precisión el comportamiento de las variables y si estás se relacionan estadísticamente, lo que a su vez permitirá que se planteen medidas instituciones y de promoción de salud para mejorar la salud en pacientes con tuberculosis en establecimientos primarios de cuidado de la salud.

The Objective of the study is: "To determine how access to health services is related to adherence to treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Ica 2025 health network." Material and Methods: Research with a hypothetical deductive, quantitative, applied, correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental method, with a sample of 142 patients, applying two questionnaires validated in the national context. Results: The variables will initially be analyzed descriptively considering the global evaluation and for each dimension according to percentages and frequencies that will be recorded in graphs-tables. Likewise, the relationship between variables will be determined with an appropriate statistical test according to the results obtained in the normal data distribution test, the most relevant being the Rho Spearman test, maintaining a confidence level of 95%, confirming the statistical relationship if the bilateral index is less than 0.05. Conclusions: The results will allow us to know precisely the behavior of the variables and whether they are statistically related, which in turn will allow us to propose institutional and health promotion measures to improve the health of patients with tuberculosis in primary health care facilities.
