Síndrome de burnout y desempeño laboral del personal profesional de enfermería de una clínica en San Borja, 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación tendrá como objetivo “Determinar la relación que existe entre el Síndrome de burnout y desempeño laboral del personal profesional de enfermería de una clínica en San Borja, 2024”. La investigación será de método hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada; y de diseño no experimental, descriptiva, correlacional y transversal. La población estará conformada por todo el personal profesional de enfermería la cual asciende a 64 y se considerará como población total, dada la cantidad de la unidad de análisis. Para la recolección de datos se utilizará dos instrumentos: “Maslach Burbout Inventory” (de autoría de Maslach y Jackson) y “Desempeño laboral” (de Alicia Ccoscco). Asimismo, para la aplicación de los cuestionarios, como primer paso, se enviará una carta de autorización a la gerencia, dicha carta será emitida por la Universidad Norbert Wiener; en segundo lugar, cuando se tenga la autorización, se procederá a coordinar con la gerencia general de la clínica los días y horarios disponibles para la aplicación; como tercer paso, previamente al llenado se les explicará el objetivo del estudio y si deberán firmar voluntariamente el consentimiento informado, las encuestas se aplicarán en un tiempo aproximado de 20-30 minutos; en cuarto lugar, para el procesamiento se elaborará una base de datos en el programa SPSS versión 22; como quinto paso se realizará un análisis descriptivo y la información se presentará en tablas y gráficos, mediante frecuencias y porcentajes; y por último, se realizará un análisis inferencial.

The objective of this research will be to "Determine the relationship that exists between burnout syndrome and work performance of the professional nursing staff of a clinic in San Borja, 2024." The research will be of a hypothetical deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of an applied type; and non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and transversal design. The population will be made up of all professional nursing staff, which amounts to 64 and will be considered the total population, given the quantity of the unit of analysis. Two instruments will be used to collect data: “Maslach Burbout Inventory” (authored by Maslach and Jackson) and “Job Performance” (by Alicia Ccoscco). Likewise, for the application of the questionnaires, as a first step, an authorization letter will be sent to the management, said letter will be issued by Norbert Wiener University; secondly, when authorization is obtained, the days and times available for the application will be coordinated with the general management of the clinic; As a third step, prior to filling out, the objective of the study will be explained to them and if they must voluntarily sign the informed consent, the surveys will be administered in an approximate time of 20-30 minutes; fourthly, for processing a database will be created in the SPSS version 22 program; As a fifth step, a descriptive analysis will be carried out and the information will be presented in tables and graphs, using frequencies and percentages; and finally, an inferential analysis will be carried out.
