Calidad de atención del personal de enfermería y satisfacción en los adultos mayores hospitalizados en el Servicio de Medicina de un Hospital de Puno, 2025

Abstract

Introducción: La calidad del servicio que brinda la enfermera es un elemento esencial en la satisfacción que presenta el paciente adulto mayor que está hospitalizado, generando un impacto tanto físico como emocional, en donde cuidar de sus necesidades podrá generar un aspecto positivo en esta población vulnerable. El objetivo será determinar la relación entre la calidad de atención del personal de enfermería y la satisfacción en los adultos mayores hospitalizados en el Servicio de Medicina de un Hospital de Puno, 2025. Métodos: Se llevó a cabo una disertación de tipo aplicada, hipotético deductivo, correlacional, cuantitativo, no experimental y corte transversal, en el caso de la muestra se trabajará con 80 pacientes adultos mayores. Para recolectar los datos se hará uso de dos cuestuarios a través de la técnica de la encuesta, lo que permitirá desarrollar un repositorio de datos por variable que consecuentemente se analizará por el SPSS 26.0. que brindará información estadística de índole descriptiva por medio de cuadros y representaciones gráficas e inferencial mediante la prueba de Rho de Spearman que permitirá validar las conjeturas de la disertación.

Introduction: The quality of the service provided by the nurse is an essential element in the satisfaction presented by the elderly patient who is hospitalized, generating both a physical and emotional impact, where taking care of their needs can generate a positive aspect in this vulnerable population. The objective will be to determine the relationship between the quality of care of nursing staff and satisfaction in older adults hospitalized in the Medicine Service of a Hospital in Puno, 2025. Methods: the research is applied with a hypothetical deductive method where the level will be correlational working with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and cross-section, in the case of the sample we will work with 80 elderly patients. To collect the data, two questionnaires will be used through the survey technique, which will allow the development of a database by variable that will then be analyzed by the SPSS 26.0 program. which will provide descriptive statistics with tables and figures and inferential statistics through Spearman's Rho test that will allow the study hypotheses to be tested.
