Nivel de conocimiento y prácticas sobre autocuidado del paciente con enfermedad renal en un Hospital de Huacho – 2025

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y prácticas sobre autocuidado del paciente con enfermedad renal; es de estudio hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicado con diseño correlacional de corte transversal, tendrá como población 60 pacientes atendidos en la terapia renal, con un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, como técnica se utilizará la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario para la primera variable, y para la segunda variable la técnica será la observación y su instrumento será la lista de cotejo, el procesamiento y análisis de los datos se obtendrá usando el programa SPSS vs 25.

The present project aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and self-care practices of patients with kidney disease. It is a hypothetical-deductive study, with a quantitative approach, applied type with a cross-sectional correlational design. The population will be 60 patients treated for renal therapy, with a non-probability convenience sampling. The survey will be the technique and the questionnaire will be the instrument for the first variable. For the second variable, the technique will be observation and its instrument will be the checklist. Data processing and analysis will be obtained using SPSS vs 25.
