El Objetivo del estudio trata de “Determinar cómo se relacionan los conocimientos de medidas de bioseguridad con las prácticas en el personal de enfermería del centro quirúrgico Hospital Público de Loreto, 2024”. La metodología será cuantitativa, transversal, correlacional y no experimental, utilizando un método hipotético deductivo. Para la población objeto estudio se tomará en cuenta los profesionales de enfermería del Centro Quirúrgico de un hospital público de Loreto, Perú. En cuanto a las técnicas y los instrumentos, en la primera variable se empleará la encuesta a través de un cuestionario; por otro lado, la segunda variable empleará como técnica la observación a través de una ficha de verificación; ambos instrumentos fueron aplicados en una investigación de Cuzcano el 2023, quien realizó el proceso de validación por medio de tres jueces expertos, con valores de 0,94 y 0,88 respectivamente. La confiabilidad de los instrumentos se llevó a cabo mediante el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach con 0,75 para cada instrumento y lo que hace que ambos instrumentos tengan una alta fiabilidad. Se usara el programa estadístico SPSS versión 25 para analizar los datos obtenidos en cada una de las dimensiones de las variables del estudio y se presentarán y el diseñ de tablas y gráficos. Se utilizará la prueba de Spearman para correlacionar las variables.
Resumen
The objective of the study is to "Determine how the knowledge of biosecurity measures is related to the practices of the nursing staff of the surgical center Hospital Público de Loreto, 2024". The methodology will be quantitative, cross-sectional, correlational and non experimental, using a hypothetical-deductive method. The study population will be the nursing professionals of the Surgical Center of a public hospital in Loreto, Peru. Regarding the techniques and instruments, the first variable will use the survey through a questionnaire; on the other hand, the second variable will use as a technique the observation through a verification card; both instruments were applied in a research by Cuzcano in 2023, who carried out the validation process by means of three expert judges, with values of 0.94 and 0.88 respectively. The reliability of the instruments was carried out by means of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient with 0.75 for each instrument and which makes both instruments have a high reliability. The statistical program SPSS version 25 will be used to analyze the data obtained in each of the dimensions of the study variables and will be presented in the form of tables and graphs. Spearman's test will be used to correlate the variables.
