Habilidades comunicativas y la calidad de las notas de enfermería en el servicio de hospitalización de una Institución Hospitalaria de Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre habilidades comunicativas y la calidad de las notas de enfermería en el servicio de hospitalización. Metodología: el estudio es hipotético - deductivo con un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicado, con un díselo no experimental, correccional de corte transversal. La muestra está conformada de 169 profesionales y se utilizó 2 instrumentos, el primero fue de Validación de la escala sobre habilidades de comunicación, por Leal Costa y colaboradores con una medición tipo Likert, y el segundo por Elizabeth Elera y colaboradores sobre registros de enfermería con escala de medición ordinal. Resultados: Según los resultados del 100% (169) enfermeros el nivel de habilidades comunicativas fue alto en un 82.8%, medio 17.2% y bajo 0%, respecto a la calidad de las notas de enfermería el nivel regular fue de 56.2%, buena 34.3% y mala 9.5%. De acuerdo con la prueba Rho Spearman, existe relación significativa entre las variables habilidades comunicativas y calidad de notas de enfermería (Rho =0.992, p=0,001). Con respecto a las dimensiones si existen correlación significativa (Rho = 0,745 p=0,000), entre la comunicación informática (Rho= 0,894 P= 0,000), respeto (Rho= 0,088 P=0,000) y habilidad social (Rho= 0,822 P=0,000) con la calidad de las notas de enfermería. Conclusión: Por lo tanto, se concluye que, si existe relación entre las habilidades comunicativas y la calidad de notas de enfermería, en el servicio de hospitalización de una Institución Hospitalaria de Lima en el año 2024

Regarding the quality of the nursing notes, the regular level was 56.2%, good. 34.3% and bad 9.5%. According to the Rho Spearman test, there is a significant relationship between the variable’s communication skills and quality of nursing notes (Rho =0.992, p=0.001). Regarding the dimensions, there is a significant correlation (Rho = 0.745 p=0.000) between computer communication (Rho= 0.894 P= 0.000), respect (Rho= 0.088 P=0.000) and social skill (Rho= 0.822 P=0.000) with the quality of nursing notes. Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that, if there is a relationship between communication skills and the quality of nursing notes, in the hospitalization service of a Hospital Institution in Lima in the year 2024.
