Capacidad de autocuidado y su relación con la calidad de vida del adulto mayor, del hospital de Chincha 2025

Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue determinar la capacidad de autocuidado y su relación con la calidad de vida del adulto mayor del Hospital de Chincha 2025. Materiales y métodos: un estudio de método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada de carácter observacional alcance correlacional, diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La población será finita y estará constituida por 100 adultos mayores que asisten a la consulta de medicina integral del Hospital de Chincha. Se trabajará con toda la población de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica a utilizar será la encuesta y se aplicará 2 instrumentos validados para recolectar la información que dará respuesta a las hipótesis planteadas se harán mediciones cuantitativas y análisis estadísticos para determinar las predicciones o el comportamiento, de los fenómenos o problemas planteados. Una vez recopilado los datos de las encuestas se tabularán en el programa SPSS v27 que a través de este programa obtendremos las tablas y gráficos de barras, presenta una consistencia demostrada con un Alpha de Cronbach 0.91.Durante toda la investigación se mantendrá una conducta de investigación apegada a los principios éticos.

The objective of this research was to determine the self-care capacity and its relationship with the quality of life of the elderly at the Chincha Hospital in 2025. Materials and methods: a study of hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, applied type of observational nature correlational scope, non-experimental crosssectional design. The population will be finite and will be made up of 100 older adults who attend the comprehensive medicine consultation at the San José Hospital. We will work with the entire population according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The technique to be used will be the survey and 2 validated instruments will be applied to collect the information that will respond to the hypotheses raised, quantitative measurements and statistical analyzes will be made to determine the viii predictions or behavior of the phenomena or problems raised. Throughout the investigation, research conduct will be maintained in accordance with ethical principles.
