Resumen
Este trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo: “determinar la relación que existe entre el conocimiento y la aplicación de la mecánica corporal de las enfermeras intensivistas”, metodológicamente tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, diseño observacional, tipo descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal; la población censal está constituido de 60 enfermeras intensivistas del hospital maría auxiliador. Los instrumentos a utilizarse son el cuestionario y la guía de observación de la mecánica corporal con puntuaciones de 0,8 por el coeficiente de confiabilidad Kuder Richardson y de 0,7 por Alfa de Cronbach respectivamente; los datos obtenidos se procesarán mediante el Software estadístico IBM SPSS versión 26, y determinaremos la relación que existente entre las variables pro medio de la prueba no paramétrica Rho de Spearman.
Resumen
This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and application of body mechanics among intensive care nurses. Methodologically, it uses a quantitative approach, a hypothetical-deductive method, an observational design, and a descriptive correlational cross-sectional approach. The census population consists of 60 intensive care nurses from the María Auxiliador Hospital. The instruments used are the questionnaire and the body mechanics observation guide, with scores of 0.8 for the Kuder-Richardson reliability coefficient and 0.7 for Cronbach's alpha, respectively. The data obtained will be processed using IBM SPSS version 26 statistical software, and the relationship between the variables will be determined by means of the nonparametric Spearman's Rho test.
