Nivel de conocimientos y prevención de enfermería de las lesiones por presión en cuidados intensivos de una clínica en Lima, 2024

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar cuál es la relación entre el nivel de conocimientos y la prevención de enfermería por las lesiones por presión en cuidados intensivos de una clínica en Lima, 2024. Metodología: Investigación cuantitativa y de método hipotético deductivo, transversal, correlacional, aplicado y no experimental. Población: Se considerarán 80 enfermeras, como técnicas de recolección de datos se utilizarán encuestas y observaciones para estudiar las variables, con el fin de establecer un contacto más cercano con las personas que poseen información precisa sobre el tema investigado, de manera formal y adecuada, constituido por 5 dimensiones con un total de 30 ítems y la segunda variable por 6 dimensiones con un total de 25 ítems. Los datos se tabularán para producir las estadísticas necesarias y se interpretarán utilizando tablas y gráficos según sea necesario. Finalmente, se evaluará el grado de correlación entre ambas variables mediante el coeficiente de Spearman, que dará respuesta a los objetivos planteados.

Objective: To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and nursing prevention of pressure injuries in the intensive care unit of a clinic in Lima, 2024. Methodology: Quantitative research using a hypothetico-deductive, cross-sectional, correlational, applied, and non-experimental method. Population: 80 nurses will be considered. Data collection techniques will include surveys and observations to study the variables, in order to establish closer contact with those who possess accurate information on the research topic, in a formal and appropriate manner. The first variable consists of 5 dimensions with a total of 30 items, and the second variable consists of 6 dimensions with a total of 25 items. The data will be tabulated to produce the necessary statistics and will be interpreted using tables and graphs as needed. Finally, the degree of correlation between both variables will be evaluated using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient, which will answer the stated objectives.
