Nivel de dolor y kinesiofobia en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecífica que asisten a un centro de fisioterapia, Lince, 2024

Abstract

La siguiente investigación tiene como finalidad “determinar la asociación entre nivel de dolor y kinesiofobia en pacientes con lumbalgia inespecífica ”. Material y método: Como instrumento se utilizó el Cuestionario TAMPA para medir la kinesiofobia y la escala EVA para evaluar el nivel del dolor de las personas con lumbalgia. La muestra está conformada por 80 pacientes con lumbalgia de un centro de terapia física hipotético deductivo,cuantitativo tipo aplicado, no experimental, corte transversal y descriptivo correlacional. El análisis de los datos se hizo a través del SPSS y la correlación se determinó con el estadígrafo “Rho Spearman”. Resultados: de los pacientes con lumbalgia el 45% presenta dolor moderado, 42.5 leve y severo 12.5%, en cuanto a kinesiofobia el 52.5% presentó kinesiofobia alta, y 47.5 baja. Conclusión: Existe correlación positiva baja entre ambas variables.

The following research aims to "determine the association between pain level and kinesiophobia in patients with nonspecific low back pain". Material and method: As an instrument, the TAMPA Questionnaire was used to measure kinesiophobia and the VAS scale to evaluate the level of pain of people with low back pain. The data analysis was done through SPSS and the evaluation will be evaluated with the “Rho Spearman” statistician. Results: of the patients with low back pain, 45% presented moderate pain, 42.5 mild and 12.5% severe, as for kinesiophobia, 52.5% presented high kinesiophobia, and 47.5 low. Conclusion: There is low positive evaluation between both variables.
