Relación entre apoyo familiar y calidad de vida del adulto mayor, servicio de medicina de un hospital Huacho, 2026

Abstract

La presente investigación surge ante la necesidad de comprender como el soporte del núcleo familiar influye en el bienestar cotidiano de los pacientes, la calidad de vida está ligada a las redes de apoyo. Bajo esta premisa, la presenta investigación se alinea con el ODS 3: Salud y bienestar, el cual busca asegurar una vida sana en todas las edades. Por ello, el estudio tiene como objetivo Determinar la relación que existe entre el apoyo familiar y la calidad de vida del adulto mayor que asiste al servicio de Medicina de un Hospital Huacho, 2026. Este estudio se basará en el método hipotético-deductivo, con un diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada. Estará constituida por 150 adultos mayores que asisten a un servicio de medicina de un Hospital Huacho. Los instrumentos utilizados para medir el nivel de conocimiento se obtuvieron en pruebas piloto, donde el rango estaría indicado por el alfa de Cronbach hasta 0.86, lo que demuestra que pertenece a herramientas aparentemente confiables que fueron validadas según procedimientos estadísticos SPSS. En la calidad de vida, fueron probados piloto y alcanzaron un puntaje alfa de Cronbach de 0,88, lo que los convierte en herramientas útiles y confiables. Para obtener los resultados de la población encuestada las encuestas se tabularán en el programa SPSS v27 que a través de este programa obtendremos las tablas y gráficos de barras para poder realizar las interpretaciones correspondientes.

This research arises from the need to understand how family support influences the daily well-being of patients, as quality of life is linked to support networks. Under this premise, the present research aligns with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being, which seeks to ensure healthy lives at all ages. Therefore, the study has to determine the relationship between family support and the quality of life of older adults attending the medical service of a hospital in Huacho, 2026. This study will be based on the hypothetical-deductive method, with a non-experimental, quantitative, applied type. It will consist of 150 older adults attending a medical service at a hospital in Huacho. The instruments used to measure the level of knowledge were obtained in pilot tests, where the range indicated by Cronbach's alpha was up to 0.86, demonstrating that they belong to apparently reliable tools that were validated using SPSS statistical procedures. In terms of quality of life, the instruments were pilot-tested and achieved a Cronbach's alpha score of 0.88, making them useful and reliable tools. To obtain the results from the surveyed population, the surveys will be tabulated using SPSS v27, which will generate tables and bar graphs for subsequent interpretation.
