Estado nutricional y calidad de vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal estadio III de un hospital nacional, Lima 2025

Abstract

Tenemos por objetivo “Determinar la relación que existe entre estado nutricional y la calidad de vida en pacientes con insuficiencia renal estadio III del Hospital Nacional- 2025”. Su método hipotético deductivo tiene un enfoque cuantitativo su tipo es básico y tenemos el diseño es no experimental su corte es transversal y su nivel es correlacional. Tiene dos instrumentos. Se empleará como técnica de la encuesta donde el primer instrumento se recolectará los datos del estado nutricional elaborado por Stephanie Vilchez y validado por cinco juicio de expertos y consta de dos dimensiones con ocho ítems en escala de medición tipo Likert y en el segundo cuestionario calidad de vida elaborado por Bartolo López Indira Pamela y Limaylla Velasquez Erick Noe y validado por cuatro juicios de expertos consta de cuatro dimensiones con once ítems en escala de medición tipo Likert. La muestra total es de 80 personas en el servicio de consulta externa de nefrología de un Hospital de Lima.

Our objective is to "Determine the relationship between nutritional status and quality of life in patients with stage III kidney failure at the National Hospital-2025." Its hypothetical-deductive method has a quantitative approach, its type is basic and we have the design is non experimental, its cut is cross-sectional and its level is correlational. It has two instruments. It will be used as a survey technique where the first instrument will collect data on nutritional status prepared by Stephanie Vilchez and validated by five expert judgments and consists of two dimensions with eight items on a Likert-type measurement scale and the second quality of life questionnaire prepared by Bartolo López Indira Pamela and Limaylla Velasquez Erick Noe and validated by four expert judgments consists of four dimensions with eleven items on a Likert-type measurement scale. The total sample is 80 people in the nephrology outpatient service of a Hospital in Lima.
